I don't know about you, but since the instamums posts I have really noticed the #AD on posts, and to be honest I had no idea I was so gullible. I loved the threads regards instamums and really think MN made a small change, well done us

I am also shocked by the amount of trips the instamums get inviteed on. In the last few weeks there has been lots of overnights UK stays, Paris, Cyprus and a cruise.

Much better that we are all more clearer that they are ads now

I've always worked on the assumption that MOD and FOD never tag let alone thank a company unless that company has #gifted or paid them.

As well as not being the sharpest, they're not the most selfless either.

It amazes me that a saucepan company would be watching the stories of an instadad. It’s so very random.

It was probably a marketing/pr person whose full time job is to just scroll through Instagram looking for that kind of thing

All the grabby, heavily hinting posts are done on stories now....same as the #ad#gifted posts..... all on stories so they will disappear after a few hours.....anyone else noticed this?

I’m in publishing and have access to books weekly sales numbers - MOD’s “book” is bombing, it barely reached 200 copies last week. Doubt she’ll get commissioned for a third.
Am curious to see how FOD’s book is doing. On acquisition it looked very weak.

The books hardly ever make any money, they just serve to legitimise the instagrabbing, and allow the influencers to call themselves 'writers'.
