I don't think many people are getting it, though. I would assume Mr Soames is a (reasonably!) intelligent man, but he obviously sees no problem with men saying they are women.

I think he is like many people, whose only experience of Trans women is the gay, feminised men they know, who may well have had surgery. Men who are heterosexual or bisexual, and yet still declare themselves as women are not on their radar at all.

It isn't really an alarm. We don't need them. We have very attentive staff and none of our customers are deceitful, so we disabled them.Hope that helps.

97 % of sexual assault is undertaken by men. We are worried about men and we have the right to be. I am sure gay men are worried about sexual assault too. Not sure how that's women's fault though or why that should stop women discussing their boundaries or safety.
