What areas of Manchester are nice to live in? Minimum 3 bed, family style life

You don't need a tutor for Trafford's 11+, just a few practice papers to get used to the format.
I didn't tutor DD and she got in no problem.
Also, Ashton on Mersey school (non grammar) is great, even at the high ability end. DS is top stream there (didn't even want to sit the 11+ as he liked AoM for the sport facilities).
