Iv just spent 2 hours on 2 buses in the pissing rain getting to an appointment Iv been waiting 6 months for only to get there (with less than 5 mins to spare) to be told "sorry ms Ginkypig you have the right time but your appointment is actually not today but on Friday"

So now I have to the whole thing again on Friday!
