After reading Seth's threads I'm starting to think we need to be really careful to not get distracted with all the chaos and outrage T keeps starting, they are DISTRACTIONS, designed to stop us focussing on what's really going on right now, we need to think strategically but instead he's just a puppet master, pulling our threads all over the place! Does anyone know what I'm trying to say...?

I agree completely that 45's method is distraction.

He has a long history of creating dissent and fights amid those around him, so that he can sit in the middle of the chaos and all gifts and favour must descend directly from him.

He surely doesn't mind chaos. I doubt that Mr M and his people are distracted though?

If true, Pain, that Daily Beast story about Russian Facebook groups and ads pretending to be by US Muslims is hugely important.

Also completely unsurprising, given we know creating and amplifying division is a Russian tactic.

The account was also subtler than several of the others The Daily Beast and other news outlets have now identified as Russian-linked Facebook accounts. Much of the content on the account was apolitical, evincing positive portrayals of Islam and Muslims and debunking some of the very Islamophobic myths Russia was simultaneously deploying through other accounts. That approach might have helped the account win its 268,000 Facebook followers. But at strategic moments, those followers were treated to a sharp detour into fake news.
