I vehemently disagree that sexual assault of any description is a suitable punishment, no matter what the crime! If you are any part of the decision-making process, I suggest this may not be the job for you.
With regards to regarding all men as sexual predators, I'm sure you've heard of Shrödinger's Rapist.
Unfortunately men do not come with a label. Women have no way of knowing if someone is a potential predator or not. And given that a rapist will often be someone you know, clearly they are very good at hiding it.
You've also asserted that men and women are different and it's not just due to socialisation. So men making up 98% of sexual predators is something they can't help? And at the same time you expect us to be happy with them in our spaces.
I'm not sure you've thought this through.
The issue of whether or not transwomen have a female brain is kind of moot in this regard. They commit sexual and violent crime at exactly the same rate as natal men.
The question of whether or not they should be allowed in a women's prison is based on that and the fact that being trans is objectively unidentifiable and unverifiable. It's entirely subjective.
