AIBU to want all my money back?

My son wanted a green hoodie so I went on amazon and ordered him one. This is for the school disco and it is important that it is neon green.

Received the "neon green" hoodie today and it is actually yellow so I contacted them to say I received the wrong item.

They're telling me the yellow one I have received is green and that if I want to return it I'll have to pay the return postage myself and they'll refund my money once they've received it back.

It was only £7.99 so I probably won't bother, especially as the return postage will cost a fair chunk of that. But AIBU to think it is incredibly cheeky to send me the wrong item, try to convince me I'm colour blind and have actually received the correct item, and then try and make me pay for return postage???

I thought it was green in the first pictures, albeit a different green from the Amazon photo. Bit the highlighter pen puts a whole different shade on it (do you see what I did there?

Me and dp had a disagreement about tennis balls last weekend! He is adamant they are green and I'm adamant they're yellow - everything on Google says optic yellow ha! He still disagrees!

Amazon have started charging for returns when you go through the automated returns service but if you speak to them on live chat or on the phone tell them you want a free return as it is not as described and not fit for purpose and was misleadingly sold. They'll organise a free return for you. I've challenged them on not as described items with 3rd party sellers before when I've had no joy from the seller direct. Offer to email them the pics you have shared here aswell

well think this post say it all buy online you don't get see what your really buying colour wise and quality wise if you need some think to look the part you need go out to a shop or store and see it in the flesh even black and white have different shades

GreenHillsOfHome or maybe look at the OP's highlighter pen comparison picture, it is clearly a perfect match to the yellow pen and nothing like the green pen. It is yellow.
