Regardless of who you voted for I wondered what you predict the result will be?

My guess is 115 seat conservative majority.

I'm interested in the student vote as well Leader, I wonder why if there are enough to be a game changer as there will only be one way they will vote.

It will be interesting to see if there are enough students in Lab/Con marginal seats. There's no point them piling on to existing Labour safe seat majorities. Anyone seen anything on this?

Two4One2017 · 08/06/2017 19:46

I predict another GE in 2019 as well

NO !!!!!

How accurate are your predictions?? Grin

OliviaPopeRules · 08/06/2017 20:22

For the last couple of elections they have talked about queues at student location polling stations but it has generally been because they vote later in the day. Will be interesting to see how much of an impact it has this time.

Im always going on about how I got the last election and brexit bang on, and dh was certain about trump. Halo
This one though, I've got no idea at all!
I would guess possibly percentage of vote wise there will be a big movement to labour - however this won't translate into seats. If I had to put my money on it, I'd say Tory retain a very slightly increase majority from 2015.

BoysofMelody · 08/06/2017 20:45

I'll also bet this is the last election May will lead the Tories into, image how she'd have fucked up in the polls had been closer at the beginning of the election campaign. If she's savvy she'll see through the castrofuck that'll be Brexit and then quit.

TreeTop7 · 08/06/2017 20:51

Conservative majority. A .Comfortable one.

UKIP wiped out.

SNP and Plaid losing votes (and seats in SNP's case). Tories will pick up votes in Scotland and Wales.

One seat for the Greens again.

I wonder if there will be a Portillo/Balls moment. Polls say that both Farron and Rudd could be unlucky.

coconuttella · 08/06/2017 20:55

Ukip 2 MPs

If they only got 1 MP last time at their high water mark, and he's left UKIP, how on earth do you think they'll increase their seats! They'll
Be lucky to win 2 deposits!

Alfieisnoisy · 08/06/2017 21:08

I voted Labour.

I predict a Tory majority. The only question is how large.

I think Labour might make some gains.

UKIP hopefully wiped out along with "Paul Nuttalls of the UKIPs".

Theresa May will be replaced within the year.

But please God.. .Not Boris or Michael 'Gremlin' Gove in No.10

caroldecker · 08/06/2017 21:31

If the Conservatives win a larger majority than 2015, they will be the first ruling party in UK history to have continually increased their vote over 3 elections.

Misseuropadiscodancer · 08/06/2017 21:33

Hoping for Labour majority, but expecting 5 more years of Tories.

Agree with pp that the only silver lining is that the Tories have to deal with the impending clusterfuck of Brexit

BusyBeez99 · 08/06/2017 21:35

Tory 47 majority

GetThrough · 08/06/2017 21:37

Ipsos Mori is being a dirty little tease

Code42 · 08/06/2017 21:44

Labour majority of 20. I've said since it was called that Corbyn is more popular with the voters than with the PLP.

(Didn't vote for Labour, though, as he's not at all popular with me Grin)

Code42 · 08/06/2017 21:47

And not that it means anything, but I also called the Scottish referendum, the last GE, Brexit and Trump Grin

TheMisterMac · 08/06/2017 21:47

Whoever wins, we lose

Simple fact

cozietoesie · 08/06/2017 21:49

The80sweregreat · 08/06/2017 21:49

Code, i cant see it happening.

Fab39ish · 08/06/2017 21:53

Tory majority 50

bellabasset · 08/06/2017 21:58

Possibly a smaller Conservative majority due to concern over the reduction to police numbers and the dementia tax fiasco.
JC has campaigned well and an increase in Labour MPS
LibDems have concentrated on previous LibDem seats where they lost votes to UKIP and Conservatives won in 2015 , who are are not standing, so they should increase seats
SNP will lose seats
Greens deserve more seats

GetThrough · 08/06/2017 21:58

Is this the thread for tonight? Exit polls about to be announced. What time is Sunderland predicted to come in?

Misseuropadiscodancer · 08/06/2017 21:59

I'd be happy to see Jeremy Hunt unseated

OhTheRoses · 08/06/2017 22:01

Whatever happens the Tory vote is weighed here. All long dr
