Regardless of who you voted for I wondered what you predict the result will be?

My guess is 115 seat conservative majority.

Similar results to last time, small majority to Tories. Feel the opposite regarding UKIP voters that they will swing Tory in my area. Tory safe seat so it really will not matter. Feel angry about lib dems as they were the only opposition.

Cuppaoftea · 08/06/2017 11:25

Large Conservative majority.

CaptainWarbeck · 08/06/2017 11:25

Small majority for the Tories.

Don't they say people's predictions have tended to be more accurate than polls?

NotAnotherNoughtiesTune · 08/06/2017 11:25

41% Tory
35% Labour
7% Lib
5% UKIP
5% SNP
3% Greens
4% Other

Sycamorewindmills · 08/06/2017 11:27

Tory majority of similar to now but a loss of SNP seats to the Torys also.

KeiraTwiceKnightley · 08/06/2017 11:37

Tory win with 45 seats overall maj.

makeourfuture · 08/06/2017 11:38

A lot of work begins to clean up the Tory mess.

floatingfrog · 08/06/2017 11:39

Agree wanttobesupermum. I had to vote for JC. I literally had to get my other hand to hold my right hand in place to draw the cross as the opposing pull was so strong!Grin

Two4One2017 · 08/06/2017 11:42

Tory majority of around 40 +/- 5

coconuttella · 08/06/2017 11:44

I honestly think a hung parliament

If the young could get off their arses to vote you may be right.... Although I'm not a Labour supporter and it suits me personally that they don't, I'm angry at their apathy and for disenfranchising themselves. It perpetuates the generational divide as politicians have a mandate from the old not the young.

PigletWasPoohsFriend · 08/06/2017 11:49

If the young could get off their arses to vote you may be right

Or get the process right.

I might open a bottle of wine in a thuggish manner but that's all the violence I have planned. Beyond flicking the Vs at the television and any mention of 'strong and stable'.*Grin

Yep, I might join you in a grumble at the tv if needs be, might even crack open the v's. Not such a pacifist as I thought!

SquidgeyMidgey · 08/06/2017 11:53

Oops.

Fortnum · 08/06/2017 11:55

My projection is:
Con 387
Lab 186
SNP 51
LD 4

Plaid 3
Greens 1
Conservative majority of 124

Sycamorewindmills · 08/06/2017 11:56

I do think that if David Milliband had been leader of the Labour Party they would probably be in power come tomorrow.

ajandjjmum · 08/06/2017 11:57

Martin Lewis said you don't need to take your polling card with you, so don't worry if you couldn't find it.

BarbaraofSeville · 08/06/2017 12:00

The point is though that while you don't need to have a polling card in your hand when you arrive at the polling station, you do need to be registered to vote.

So despite a campaign over the past few months about people making sure they were registered to vote, it doesn't seem to have got through to everyone.

TeacupDrama · 08/06/2017 12:02

tory majority of 40-60 they win about 3 seats in Scotland and 10-25 elsewhere, labour lose a few more libs gain 1-2 SNP lose 3-4 plaid maybe the same

Stinkbrain · 08/06/2017 12:12

Hung Parliament with a Labour/SNP or Lib Dem Coalition. The Tories pissed off too much of the grey vote to pull a majority in my opinion

PeetingPan · 08/06/2017 12:16

I predict a small Tory majority. TM will then go on to royally fuck up Brexit and EU relations by being "a difficult woman" (eye roll). Her resignation will come before Brexit negotiations are concluded, once it becomes clear that she's bodged it and her own party demands that she goes. Her successor will be absolutely derided in Parliament for being unelected and having no mandate to govern, there'll be a vote of no confidence and another General Election within the next two years.

TheElementsSong · 08/06/2017 12:17

Or get the process right.

Oh dear Piglet - I don't know whether to laugh or cry at that!

OliviaPopeRules · 08/06/2017 12:18

I also think Labour will lose 30 + seats.

OP posts:
Tomorrowillbeachicken · 08/06/2017 12:19

No idea but if conservatives get in I'm guessing the great unwashed will protest.

Oogle · 08/06/2017 12:29

Tory majority, 100+ seats.

Labour to lose seats to both Tories and Lib Dem (hopeful for a Lib Dem resurrection)

JC to resign and David Milliband to become the new leader and turn the party around, hopefully with someone who understands economics as the shadow Chancellor, or even just basic arithmetic.

Facebook up in arms: Talk of the NHS being killed off (I think people forget the Tories have been in for oooh..7yrs now and guess what? We still have a NHS, and before anyone says it, the NHS has been in a state for 20+ yrs, yet it's still there). "Hope the selfish Tory voters will be happy when we're all eating floor scrapings". That sort of thing.

A fun few days ahead.

OliviaPopeRules · 08/06/2017 12:35

Fortnum
Is that not a majority of 114, if the full number of MP's is 660 or am I calculating my majority incorrectly, are you accounting for Sinn Fein not taking their seats?
