Eyewitness on BBC says it was strong enough to knock him off his feet and make his ears ring.

He says 20-30 fatalities he saw. If correct this sounds like terrorism. He says a lot were children.

The BBC haven't confirmed fatalities. You know, it might be better to wait until things become clearer and the facts are confirmed before indulging in sentimental hysteria...

The Manchester released a statement confirming fatalities per CNBC.
