Wjats the diffrence between mumsnet and netmums??

Its acceptable to be unashamedly working class over there.

In fact its fine not to GAF about class full stop.

It is a bit "Nanny State" over there - a bit like being at a Children's Centre, which can be brilliant but can also mean feeling like there is only one right way of doing things which is rigorously policed.
That said, the local pages are 1000x better than ours.

I know a couple of people who found mn too tough and rather bitchy and prefer netmums.

For me there's intelligent debate on mn. Educational debate about things you can't find anywhere else e.g. Feminism, fgm, rape culture, There's all the preg posts but a hellava lot more too.

Im not checking it my self because honestly id prefer to hear other people tell me instead of installing it on my phone and making an account. Tjats why

Its true Netmums is not as class obsessed as MN.

You don't need an account and you can look it up on your internet browser.

Although I do see a lot more slagging off on MN's about NMs then the other way round

I got banned for posting a picture of John Hamm's cock.

The main differences are that you can't swear on there and the mods delete everything and anything. They're quite fast and loose with warnings and bans and such.
Other than that pretty much the same.

I think people got banned from net mums pretty swiftly.

MN doesn't often give NM a thought tbh. I stay here because I prefer to be a cunt than a Hun.
