...to see what your (master) bedroom looks like?

I can vaguely remember similar threads but have done a search and can't find a bedroom one. We are swapping rooms in our upstairs to even out the other 2 rooms so moving from front to back of house. Just being nosy looking for inspiration if anyone is willing to post? I can post our current one once DS is asleep

This is mine, no storage at all in the room except a book case out of shot, we have separated dressing rooms (normal in Texas....)

thethoughtfox, thank you! The panelling was there already (original Victorian panelling) and the wardrobes are actually from Ikea! We have 4 wardrobes in the bedroom, all finished to look like they're built-in. The ones either side of the bed have built-in ledges (for books, radio etc). I've included more photos so you can see what I mean.

thenewaverage the room is actually dark green! Hard to tell in the pics though.

Some lovely rooms there - it has really made me think about the state of ours as there is no way I could post a picture of my bedroom!!

Just finished decorating before Christmas.

Just a word of warning to anyone putting up a photo that is somewhere else on the internet (e.g. on an estate agent's website): it means you can be easily outed using a google image search.

This was ours before we swapped with the dc.

Now we have swapped and the dc have the big room and all our stuff is shoehorned into the little bedroom

Bloody hell, some of these look like boutique hotels...mine's nothing like these. Nothing at all...wow.

I am too embarrassed to post photos of our teeny tiny bedroom on here. I took a picture to see if it looked better in the photo but . . . nope!

This is mine. Grey wooden floor, White walls, Mirrored, fitted wardrobe opposite (not directly ) the bed that you can't see. Very restful.

Oh. And we are moving end of the month too. Will do similar again though as love it and it's timeless.

What company did you use to do your wardrobes? Would you recommend them?

We are having renovation work done, so we are in transition at the moment . Our 'new' bedroom (as will be), currently has sockets hanging out of the wall, awaiting the return of the scarlet pimpernel electrician. It has a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and a double aspect.
