Amazon courier just asked to use the loo. I was alone in the house with a baby. I said no and immediately dropped a note to Amazon to say I wasn't impressed that it made me feel uncomfortable.

I feel a bit bad now...remind me that I did the right thing please?!

Its you're not your. Another thing that gives me hives

Oh dear , Mrskeats if you are going to pick apart someone's grammar make sure your own is correct.

It's - a contraction of "it is" not the possessive"its".

Your (pointless) sentence should read
It's you're not your. Another thing that gives me hives

Some of the posters on this thread have used some big show of pity for this driver as little more than excuse to spit venom at the op

I agree.

Mrskeats · 10/01/2017 19:18

I believe that this all started as for some reason you had a go at me.
Check the thread.
It's not your job to, as you charmingly put it, pull people up.
Your are not the thread police.
You have displayed no kindness and why is your opinion the only one?

LassWiTheDelicateAir · 10/01/2017 19:22

Not sure who are responding to MrsKeats

If it was to me, you asked for it by your ridiculous and incorrect grammar correction.

Mrskeats · 10/01/2017 19:24

Whatever.
I meant howlong actually who attacked me for daring to not agree with her. Well done for piling in though.

Mrskeats · 10/01/2017 19:26

Asked for it :)
And yet none of you are bullies.

howlongtileaster · 10/01/2017 19:26

pot. kettle. and black.

I'll step out there...

LassWiTheDelicateAir · 10/01/2017 19:33

You were not attacked. As one of the later posters said

Fair play to you OP for coming back and updating. I agree with you that some posters have seemed to be enjoying the hysteria. I'm glad Amazon responded as they did
AIBU is really odd. You asked a question got replies and acted on them by withdrawing your 'complaint' and yet the nasty comments kept coming. It's just the way AIBU goes sometimes. I wouldn't take it personally if I were you. I recognize some of the more unkind posters as people who like to put the boot in. It's a shame Mumsnet doesn't have a hide poster function

Yet you continued your tirade against the OP and howlong

And to suggest you are now being bullied because you sneered at a grammatical error but made one yourself- how ridiculous. It was an open goal - you got back what you dished out.

ilovesooty · 10/01/2017 19:40

Save your pity howlong

And your snide comments.
