To think that overheating does not mean she is in anyway unhealthy or unfit. New York can be very warm this time of year and it's only early September.

So many on Twitter questioning her health and whether that makes her good enough to be president. Tbh I would choose a brain dead Clinton over trump anyday. Good she's expected to be president not an Olympic athlete.

Trump in the white house, Putin in the Kremlin, Kim jong un has a nuclear toybox, and the middle east is on fire. Thinks of old MASH theme tune -suicide is painless. The world's gone mad, I tell you

WinchesterWoman · 12/09/2016 07:29

I also fear that HC is so poorly that if she wins she would nor be in charge. She is surrounded by ghastlies like Jake Sullivan and the Soros clan who give me the shudder.

Magic was it you with the post 'WE have decided' and so on. I believe it's more as case of 'the weight of evidence means there are more questions to answer and the pneumonia diagnosis looks like bunkum'.

On misogyny: I would not have voted for Margaret Thatcher just because she was a woman. Women have a terrible choice in 2016. A man whose team wants to row back abortion rights and consign them 'to the dustbin of history'. Or a woman invested in putting women last in the 'oppression hierarchy'. Bernie is smashing but probably even more regressive left on women.

'Will people with mild disabilities or illnesses every get to be a country leader.'

FDR was disabled. He had to hide it. Because if shit like this.

Perfumed if you were a citizen you'd probably know that affordable health care was what she has been pushing since before bill was in office, it's one of the reasons she's so hated. She's not trying to fuck over the 'plebs'

DivorceBadger · 12/09/2016 08:20

I'd love to know what Trump is hiding with his shitty little doctors note

TheMagicFarawaySleep · 12/09/2016 08:28

Winchester - yes it was me. You must have more evidence than the rest of the public then, as I thought the only people who would know Hilary's medical facts are her medical team and family.

On misogyny - no one is advocating voting for a woman simply because she is female. That would be nuts. The POTUS needs to be the best person for the job, irrespective of sex.

There has, however, been a lot of misogyny around this campaign (though with Trump in the running, that's not surprising).

But being able to spot misogyny is not the same as thinking women are above criticism.

WallisofWindsor · 12/09/2016 08:46

Hillary diagonised with Pneumonia- all this is bad.

WinchesterWoman · 12/09/2016 09:36

I don't think this concern is misogyny. See the focus on McCain's health - sometimes by the same media outlets who say Clinton's health is not an appropriate target of inquiry.

These media outlets haven't presented much footage to the public - that's why they're easy targets for the 'conspiracy theory' effort by her team.

There is now a realisation that people will quite simply, get googling, follow twitter links and so on - so 'conspiracy theory' won't work any more.

WinchesterWoman · 12/09/2016 09:39

I think she won't make it to November. I've thought this for a while.

celeste83 · 12/09/2016 09:45

So what now for the presidential campaign if Hillary has to pull out the race? Will it effecitvely be a coronation now for Trump if he has no opposition?

OhYouBadBadKitten · 12/09/2016 09:47

So how are all the internet doctors rating their diagnosis this morning then? I see we have more having joined in overnight. Because you don't need access to medical tests and a full history - oh no, a few videos and reading some hard right wing 'assessments' are all you need to tell what's wrong with a person.

I cannot stand Hillary Clinton. I do not like her politics. I don't care whether the next president is male or female, I just want the best candidate for the job in place. Sadly, out of the two she is looking the best and I am really worried that, like on here some people are going to turn this into such a huge episode that cannot be gotten over.

Even if she turns out to be hiding health issues (which we can or cannot know as distant observers) she is still going to be a safer person for the world than Trump.

MarshaBrady · 12/09/2016 09:48

It is damaging for her campaign. The video and the cancelling of the California trip.

I hope she and her campaign people can find a way to limit the damage.

OhYouBadBadKitten · 12/09/2016 09:49

celeste, the Candidates party can vote for a new candidate still, but my worry is about when postal votes go out, what happens then if a candidate pulls out?

OhYouBadBadKitten · 12/09/2016 09:55

eep. Early voting begins 23rd September in a couple of States.
Cbs news

celeste83 · 12/09/2016 09:55

Thats interesting that they can nominate a new candidate if the circumstances require. That scenario would surely all but sew up the presidency for Trump at this late stage however so they are probably best sticking with Hillary to the end now. However if she suffers another public health scare then I feel her campagin will be finished either way. Trump would be wise not to make a big deal out of the issue and let the media spotlight focus on Hillary to perhaps do the job for him.

WinchesterWoman · 12/09/2016 09:56

Oh You Bad Kitten, I don't think that's a fair response. You are effectively saying 'I don't like Donald Trump so please don't talk about her health`. The concern is authentic - look back at the inquiry into John McCain's health.

OhYouBadBadKitten · 12/09/2016 09:58

You know, I do miss spitting image.

I found a quora link on what happens if a candidate withdraws after early voting begins. Unsure how accurate it is, but it sounds like it would be a horrific mess.

OhYouBadBadKitten · 12/09/2016 10:00

If Trump showed signs of ill health I would still be saying that we should not be speculating about his health diagnosis. I think that it's just too underhand and I hate rumours.

WinchesterWoman · 12/09/2016 10:21

That's silly. Of course their health should be known about if it will affect their candidacy.

OhYouBadBadKitten · 12/09/2016 10:27

so all of us amateurs can judge as to whether we think they will be fit enough?

And how does speculating actually get you any closer to knowing what their health issues are? It doesn't give you any extra information.

WinchesterWoman · 12/09/2016 10:30

People are speculating because HC has provided no hard, trustworthy information. Given the symptoms on view and her past history - she should provide the information.

Of course it doesn't give us any information. But it creates pressure to ask for and acquire more information from the campaign.

WallisofWindsor · 12/09/2016 10:36

Neither of them is going to be President- neither Trump nor Hillary.
Obama is the last President of the United States of America.

Birdandsparrow · 12/09/2016 10:41

What on earth does that mean, Wallis?

WinchesterWoman · 12/09/2016 10:45

Possibly this ?

A BLIND mystic with a "staggering accuracy rate" predicted the 44th President of the United States would be the first black leader the country ever voted into office. Baba Vanga predicted Barack Obama would be the last president of the US.

28 Jul 2016

Was it the Daily Express Wallis?

bumpetybumpbumpbump · 12/09/2016 10:51

Trump does show signs of mental ill health surely

Give the poor woman a break!!!!! People get ill!
