See that? A Twelfth. Not the.

Welcome to the twelfth (it DOES look a weird word Confused) thread that nobody responds to! We're a fun bunch, the most fun on mumsnet!! I cba to list everyone and who they are, but I'm sure newbies will get to know us through our posts Wink A couple of quotes from posters, which will have to do as opposed to me writing a description of everyone:

I'd like the words mysterious, mystical and endowed with supetnatural powers after my name please, AGL. says Bettercallsaul1

MyDressIsInferiorBlue adds:
Get a battery operated rabbit they are less trouble than a man but can still thrust (and always on demand too, unlike a man)

AGL I'd like the words 'hot', 'intellectual' and 'witty' after my name, please. No 'flouncing', 'dunno' or 'Co-Op Boy' (the latter is well and truly over). says ItShouldHaveBeenJess, as well as being quoted telling us:
I'd be happy with a thrust. Just one.

Let the insane posts, photos and pouting begin!

Grin

BeingATwatItsABingThing · 02/09/2016 18:38

I'm home! What have I missed?

Bettercallsaul1 · 02/09/2016 18:41

Red That is horrible, being sent home in uncertainty, and having to keep a constant eye on him. Very stressful for you. Flowers

jetSTAR · 02/09/2016 18:50

Bettercallsaul1 · 02/09/2016 18:52

jetSTAR · 02/09/2016 18:53

HelenaDove · 02/09/2016 18:53

Sorry about the irreligious pun there... Grin I'm a heathen, me.

jetSTAR · 02/09/2016 18:55

Portia Flowers you don't have to tell us, only if it helps you

HelenaDove · 02/09/2016 18:56

Saul back in the 80s my mum used to buy the M and S yule log. It always had a little plastic robin sat at one end.

Our family members tend to get the Sainsburys luxury one which is lovely . Last year DM got the Tesco Finest luxury one and that was gorgeous.

jetSTAR · 02/09/2016 18:57

I made a yule log about twice in my life. When I was a teenager at school. Not since. Every year I say to myself, this year I will make my own. Never have.
Better I didn't even get then pun (and I'm not religious either)

carbcraver · 02/09/2016 18:58

I could go for some stir fry AGL

jetSTAR · 02/09/2016 18:59

Yes, I'm making notes too! Terrible to be thinking about Christmas - I think it was discussing Christmas trees with peach last night that set me off. Plus there's now an "er" at the end of the month...

AverageGayLad · 02/09/2016 19:08

Winter is my favourite season!

ItShouldHaveBeenJess · 02/09/2016 19:10

I have an almost 2 year old Christmas cake on top of my kitchen cupboards that I made 02/10/2014. There's a shit load of brandy in it. Will be amazing this Christmas! Grin

RedMerida · 02/09/2016 19:22

I don't like mince pies.

HelenaDove · 02/09/2016 19:23
