I was looking at a packet of Hob Nobs today but resisted them. I dont drink or smoke I dont eat junk food anymore. I dont have a sex life.

Yeah, I doubt very much we will have four. I am one of 2 but DP was one of 4 (5 technically but one of his siblings was a stillborn) so he is used to a big family.
