See that? A Twelfth. Not the.

Welcome to the twelfth (it DOES look a weird word Confused) thread that nobody responds to! We're a fun bunch, the most fun on mumsnet!! I cba to list everyone and who they are, but I'm sure newbies will get to know us through our posts Wink A couple of quotes from posters, which will have to do as opposed to me writing a description of everyone:

I'd like the words mysterious, mystical and endowed with supetnatural powers after my name please, AGL. says Bettercallsaul1

MyDressIsInferiorBlue adds:
Get a battery operated rabbit they are less trouble than a man but can still thrust (and always on demand too, unlike a man)

AGL I'd like the words 'hot', 'intellectual' and 'witty' after my name, please. No 'flouncing', 'dunno' or 'Co-Op Boy' (the latter is well and truly over). says ItShouldHaveBeenJess, as well as being quoted telling us:
I'd be happy with a thrust. Just one.

Let the insane posts, photos and pouting begin!

Grin

Why has my formatting gone up the spout? Angry user error

Bettercallsaul1 · 01/09/2016 20:19

Can't you? Couldn't you just have an accident? Grin don't mention that to the rest of MN

AverageGayLad · 01/09/2016 20:20

I always get SO broody around babies

carbcraver · 01/09/2016 20:29

Been for a run.

And had a birthday kebab with the 5 yr old 😂😂😂

Evens life out I feel

carbcraver · 01/09/2016 20:30

I want a blue one. Have 2 girls and 16 yr old DSS. but want my own blue

BeingATwatItsABingThing · 01/09/2016 20:30

DD was an "accident". I put it in "" not because I planned to get pregnant but because I can't stand calling her an accident. I can't call something I love more than anything an accident.

And both DP and I have just started new jobs, we don't live in our own house and I would like to be married before I have another. It's going to be ages. If my exceptionally... Needy times of the month don't come back to bite me, that is.

AverageGayLad · 01/09/2016 20:34

I want two girls then a gap then a little boy :)

Your Christmas tree traditions sound very familiar, peach. Especially the phrase directing operations which my OH would instantly recognise. Especially as I stand examining our tree from every angle as he slowly rotates a fully-decorated, ten-foot spruce before my critical gaze. Grin

AnnieOnnieMouse · 01/09/2016 20:39

sneaks in and eats all the dark chocolate digestives
I've made 2 chocolate cakes, but am aching a LOT. I have to make the marmalade drizzle ones tonight, as I will have to rest tomorrow, or I will be out of action over the weekend, which would Not Do. I still seem to be 2 cakes short of a coffee morning, tho - will have to have a Think

Bettercallsaul1 · 01/09/2016 20:39

Well, you are very young, Being, even if it does take "ages"!

VanillaSugar · 01/09/2016 20:40

It's now this.

peachmama · 01/09/2016 20:41

She sounds a gorgeous surprise being Smile. Ah understandable that you feel like you would like certain things in place before you have another. Whenever it feels right for you is when it will be right. Have I just swallowed a short-guide to Buddhism?!.

Maybe another for you as well then carb?....bit dangerous to want a specific type though?. The law of sod and all that!.

AverageGayLad · 01/09/2016 20:41

I made brownies tonight Grin

How could we forget, Vanilla? Cakegate is forever seared into our memory!

AverageGayLad · 01/09/2016 20:43

And now there is an advert for fucking Weight Watchers in my phone seriously. Fuck off.

carbcraver · 01/09/2016 20:44

😂🙈😂 vanilla

Looks moist 🙉

peachmama · 01/09/2016 20:45

bettercall - you have a rotating base?!. This could be DP's Christmas present! (for next year - I enjoy the spectacle tradition too much for now). Ours is 7 foot and DP particularly loves it when he has to adorn the tree with tinsel, which must be evenly spaced between both lights and branches from bottom to top....and the tree does fit rather snuggly into the corner....Grin

BeingATwatItsABingThing · 01/09/2016 20:45

I want at least another two. DP wanted four but is happy to stop at 3 unless we get 3 girls and then we keep trying for a boy. Confused I said that's fine as long as he is pushing them out.

peachmama · 01/09/2016 20:46

Very much agree AGL - I wish I could channel much more of it, more often!

carbcraver · 01/09/2016 20:47

Yes I know peach, knowing our luck it'd be pink and just as annoying as the 2 we've got 😂😂

So for now it's 'no more babies ever' when people ask. But you never know, I'm not exactly 100% when taking my pill, regularly finish a pack with 4 left randomly

VanillaSugar · 01/09/2016 20:47

Mass panic. DD has lost her passport. She's freaking out. I know it's LOST in her bedroom somewhere. But she's still freaking out.

#AplaceForEverything
#EverythingInItsPlace

And all that.

Bettercallsaul1 · 01/09/2016 20:48

Ah, but it's all worth it in the end, isn't it? We never take our Christmas decorations down early, like many do on MN - our tree stays up till the bitter end. Grin
