I dont want kids or to be a step parent either. Its not that i dont like kids. I have a niece. And i really admire a lot of the parents i know in RL and on here.

I joined MN because 5 years ago there was a really good support thread on here for people in sexless marriages and i wanted to comment on it and decided to stick around.

There should be a childfree by choice dating site so you could join it Seth. I saw you say this on another thread we were on and i agree.

I cant understand why there isnt. There are dating sites and apps for every other group but the one you fall into.

There have been but they fold due to few numbers, so no money to be made. There was a free one once but there were only about 200 people in the UK of whom only about 8 were female.

5 years ago i was at a very low point after regaining some of the weight that i originally lost and was very lonely.

MN helped me through a very tough time and its partly thanks to the support here that i lost the weight i regained.

Im teetotal so when i got depressed about my situ i turned to cake. 3 years ago i hit a wall and decided enough was enough and got the weight back off again.

Ultimately the comfort eating made me feel worse not better so i wont make that mistake again.

I actually seriously considered get a nose-piercing last year, just to give me an 'edge'. I even drink decaff.

(did not pierce nose, btw - have hay fever so would have been gross)
