This story just popped up on my local radio station's Facebook page, in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. :)

The thread has just appeared on a Facebook page I'm on, which is a men's page mainly about football (which is why I follow it.)

The consensus of the people commenting on the story was that the OP should cancel the cheque...
