Can you not change the title of the thread to something clearer? I thought it was a thread about a car number plate. I mean that with no disrespect whatsoever for the 96 victims.

I hope this will finally give the families some peace

I'll admit, I'm surprised. I didn't think the day would come. Pleased it has.

Thank god , hope Ann Williams is somewhere knowing what has happened .
It's been a long campaign and all those involved know it's not a car number plate. From watching on TV to moving to Liverpool as an 18 year old the year after , a lot have been waiting to see this .

Not to me it wasn't Minty. But I'm not in the UK. Probably wouldn't have hurt to spend an extra minute writing a couple of words for something so important.

yes and I have a disability that affects me understanding stuff, so to me I thought it was a number plate and no I am not trying to be offensive towards the victims or their families

It wasn't clear to me what the title meant at all. I thought it was a registration plate as well.

Glad to see that there is finally some justice.

I will never buy The Sun newspaper because of the lies they told about Hillsborough. These are lies a lot of people still believe to be true, though I hope this verdict goes some way to change that.

A great move forward for families and friends of all those involved in that most awful tragedy. Its a good day!

I want to see those at the top of SY police who were responsible brought to justice. AND for Orgreave. AND for the child sexual exploitation scandal.

It's taken far too long for the truth to come out. There should be criminal charges.
