AIBU - pants at night

So reading the bedding thread there seems to be the suggestion that some people don't wear pants at night. Shock This is seriously a pearl clutching moment for me.

So AIBU to ask - doesn't everybody wear pants at night, whether or not they sleep otherwise naked or wear PJ's? And wouldn't your sheets or PJ's need more frequent washing if you don't wear pants at night?

Shag towel ...pahahaha! Is that the female equivalent of a wank sock?

PacificDogwod · 12/03/2016 17:55

No, it's the female equivalent of the penis beaker

I'll take me coat…. Blush

whois · 12/03/2016 19:57

Why would anybody want a shg towel?*

Ha ha we used to have one! Really useful if you've ended up cuddling and falling asleep rather than getting up out of bed and going to sit on the toilet. Hate the feeling of waking up a while later all sticky from the cum slowly seeping out. Then a shag towel becomes very useful!

No underwear... It's nice and free Grin

I always wear Knickers at Night, with some type of PJ's on top, and the only time I have suffered with Thrush is in both of my Pregnancies. The couple of times I tried sleeping without Knickers, I felt like I just constantly wanted to pee Confused Go figure. I do suffer with Discharge though, so I wouldn't feel comfortable not wearing any Knickers anyway

oliviaclottedcream · 13/03/2016 09:05

Knickers always wedge themselves up my crack in bed at night. T shirts and nighties get all restrictive as I'm a fidget. So nuddy it is for me...

Another pelvic floor victim, saves accidents when I stand up to go to loo. Pants must be cotton thoUgh or defeats the object.

Sparklingbrook · 13/03/2016 13:39

Search in Classics make. Careful you don't split your sides laughing though. You won't.

WhatDat · 13/03/2016 14:27

I hardly dare admit this but I thought penis beaker was funny at the time

honeylulu · 13/03/2016 18:25

makemineasnowball · 14/03/2016 07:08

Proudmummytodc2 · 14/03/2016 07:36

I don't wear pants or anything to bed since I was about 16 when I read that wearing pants to bed can cause like thrush ect this could genuinely just be a myth but I've read it now so have stuck to it for the last 9 years no problems and my sheets don't need extra washing

Ledkr · 14/03/2016 07:42

I wear a wetsuit and galoshes Grin
