Quick update before I name change. (Sadly need to as have noticed one or two others from work on here..and it's such a pain to find a good Terry Pratchett name!)

I have been officially told that it has been dealt with by HR and because of confidentiality they can't tell me exactly what action was taken but I'm to be assured that it has been taken seriously.

Our place being the cesspool of gossip it always is means that I 'know' that Permanent staff member has been given a warning and has to attend 'training'. Contractors have had their agency's contacted also given warning. The agency will have taken it pretty seriously as we are one of their biggest clients.

All 3 have been given development plans Hmm, but for the perm member of staff that takes away certain privileges such as working from home, while on the plan.

So all in all I'm, I won't say happy that seems spiteful but I'm satisfied.

Love that you're not allowed to know, but you know.

Love even more that your company have taken this seriously. Excellent training for the guy that was there to make the tea and learn how a meeting is run.

But, does he know?

Mind you, this almost sounds like an episode of Yes, Minister.
