If you could live your life over, would you have more children, less children, no children?

Probably none.

TeddyBear5 · 08/08/2015 11:00

In a heartbeat, yes. The same amount too.

reddaisy · 08/08/2015 11:01

I've got two and I would have two again but going from 1-2 was far harder than I imagined.

LunchpackOfNotreDame · 08/08/2015 11:01

I'd have more.

I spent so long not wanting them, now I want a house full an I can't. It hurts

CheekyMaleekey · 08/08/2015 11:02

I'd have just one.

chairmeoh · 08/08/2015 11:02

I'd have more. I have an only child, would have liked to have one or two more.

Birdsgottafly · 08/08/2015 11:02

I've got three, had my first as a Teen Mum, it was what I wanted.

If life had of gone differently, we would of had more.

I'm a "hands on" Nan and Auntie. I've made work choices that mean I can have time with my Granddaughter.

I couldn't make work, or earning money etc my proriorty, I also found that I've been unhappy when I've worked outside of Social Care.

MaxieMouse · 08/08/2015 11:03

Yes, same number. The only thing I would change is I'd try to have them earlier.

Hulababy · 08/08/2015 11:04

More.

I have one 13y did and had things turned out a bit easier on the whole fertility side we'd have had one more.

bikeandrun · 08/08/2015 11:04

I have two, would have started earlier and had four if finances would allow ( vague fantasy life of living on a lovely farm, with lots of jolly children, not actually being a farmer, my friend is one and it looks very hard work!)

EastMidsMummy · 08/08/2015 11:06

We have three. Planned for two. Probably would still plan for two but the third is a joy (they all are!)

NickiFury · 08/08/2015 11:08

Yes, at least one, probably two more, best thing I ever did my life having those two Smile.

StillStayingClassySanDiego · 08/08/2015 11:09

If money had not been a problem I'd have liked another baby, I've had 3 ds's and would have liked another.

bigTillyMint · 08/08/2015 11:09

Yes but I'd have started earlier and had moreSmile

LumpySpacedPrincess · 08/08/2015 11:10

Yes, same amount too (1)

Ilikefrogs · 08/08/2015 11:11

I have three and I love them all so much but it has been hard.
Their dad was (and continues to be after we've split up) abusive and financially I am much worse off than I was before I met him.
I sometimes wonder what my life would be like without them but really I'd still have them but would choose a different daddy for them!

PinguForPresident · 08/08/2015 11:12

HOnestly? I probably wouldn't have any. Absolute max of one.

MrsMook · 08/08/2015 11:12

I love the two I have. No regrets. I'm in a broody/ lifestyle dilemma about a 3rd. I don't have much time to procrastinate on it because of Dh's age. I'm not sure if I'll stick or twist on it!

FirstWeTakeManhattan · 08/08/2015 11:16

Yes, but I also would have started earlier and had one more (along with my existing 3 DC).

I silently and secretly credit mine with making me a much, much nicer person.

TracyBarlow · 08/08/2015 11:17

I have three. If I could have, I'd have started five years earlier, have had 4 and then gone back to work and had a good stab at my career. I don't advise starting at 30 if you want a big family.

That said, think I also would have been happy with none. It's easy to say that now though, obviously.

dementedma · 08/08/2015 11:18

No. I would rather do something with my life.

Heartofgold25 · 08/08/2015 11:18

I would have more if I could, changed my life in a million way for the better. I would have started earlier and had more definitely...:)

306235388 · 08/08/2015 11:20

More. I have 2 but if I were fitter and we had more money I'd love 4

cleanindahouse · 08/08/2015 11:21

I would have had 3 instead of 2.

I was one of 3, but lost my oldest brother a few years ago. I have this horrible thought that if something happened to one of mine, his sibling would be all alone.

LazyLohan · 08/08/2015 11:22

More. The NHS fobbed me off several times in my mid to late 20s regarding infertility. If I had my time again I wouldn't let them. Because they delayed I had one baby at 33 and am trying for another, but if successful will probably be the last one. I would like to have had at least 3, maybe more.
