Neighbour shoving his garden waste into my garden

There is a gap under the fence between me and my neighbour. It's his fence. He keeps pushing garden waste, clippings, clumps of dead grass etc, under the fence into my garden. I have tried blocking up the gap with bricks, and he just pushes them out the way. I can't talk to him as he's an aggressive bully. I know he's doing it on purpose. What can I do about it and AIBU to let it bother me?

Could you get some of that easy mix cement from b and q and pour that along the gap?

Could be worse, my next door neighbour chucked all his empty viagra packets over the roof of our shed. ....! We only found them when we had a massive clear out at the end of the garden. I don't think he ever expected us to do it, hasn't looked at us the same way since..

Put shit by the gap so he gets it on him, he should hopefully stop if you keep doing it

I wouldn't confront if he is as nasty as you say.

Plant something spiky there if you have a flowerbed. Chicken wire may also provide a barrier and is pretty cheap. If possible, I'd chuck the stuff back over the fence rather than shove it back under so it makes a mess he has to clear up.

Build a low concrete boundary (using large concrete blocks, with 'foundations set deep below ground level), right up against his fence?

(I assume the cuttings aren't rooted on your side and growing out on his side).

I'd just keep pushing it back tbh. Anything permanent and he'll probably be pleased you reacted, and he'll just drop it over the fence anyway. Just shove it back every time. And enjoy it!

I bought lawn edging from pound land and used it successfully for a similar problem.

Block it up with bricks again, but cement them in- do it late at night so it has time to set. You could make a really nice little planter.

Alternatively, berberis is nice and spiky, or get one of those cat alarms that detects movement so when he shoves his stuff through it goes off. Should be good for a laugh at least once.

My NDN is an aggressive entitled wanker as well- try not to get too worked up over it and see how inventive you can get.

What type of fence is it? Can't you just buy gravel boards for the fence.

Are you sure that the rubbish isn't just getting blown under the fence? Has your neighbour got a leaf blower?

I have done this by mistake, I was sweeping dead leaves off the patio and also downhill under the fence to next door

If you know when he is likely to be shoving stuff under, what about pink paint?
Gloss, or something equally hard to get off his hands/clothes?
