Neighbour shoving his garden waste into my garden

There is a gap under the fence between me and my neighbour. It's his fence. He keeps pushing garden waste, clippings, clumps of dead grass etc, under the fence into my garden. I have tried blocking up the gap with bricks, and he just pushes them out the way. I can't talk to him as he's an aggressive bully. I know he's doing it on purpose. What can I do about it and AIBU to let it bother me?

how's it going op? i hope you're getting some peace of mind

Hi sugar. Things have calmed down. I'm in the process of getting the fence sorted once and for all, but I'm still going to get some legal advice. I can get some free at our village hall once a month. I've made up my mind not to even look at him anymore. He's such an inadequate failure, and like all bullies, what he wants above all, is a reaction. Unfortunately I gave him that last week, but I guess we all have our limit. I hope if he's not getting a reaction he'll get bored.

good, it's good to hear. keep a record of any abusive behavior from him and don't hesitate to call the police if he starts up again.

I am keeping a log of anything I notice Sugar and I'm also looking into the possibility of having cameras installed, which will hopefully act as a deterrent if nothing else.
