Hen party snub

I am currently organising my Hen Do and really think it would be hilarious to hire a butler in the buff to serve drinks and organise games. However, one of my long time good friends has stated that she wont be coming if we do hire one as its tacky and against her principles. I was rather offended as I thought everyone would rather enjoy it and its not like hiring a stripper. I'm sure we will be more embarrassed than him!

Nope I wouldnt go either. I would find it tacky embarrassing and totally unnecessary. It would make me dread what other "fun" could be involved.

I'd be with your friend I'm afraid. I'd wish you well but I wouldn't be going anywhere where people were going to be objectified for other people's fun.

I'd not turn down an invite because of it but honestly, it would fail to hit the mark with me. I'm not a fan of smut or innuendo. I don't disapprove as such, but I am missing the humour chip that responds to it. He would do nothing for me.

I wouldn't come either, it is exactly like hiring a stripper and would be against my principles, too. Ask around the other hens, she is probably not the only one to find this offensive.

If it were the party of a really good friend I might go, though for her sake not because I would expect to enjoy it at all. That said, I can't think of any of my friends who would do this and it does sound tacky to me.

Urgh, no way

I've been to 2 hen dos with strippers (both 400 miles from home, 1 extremely close friend and 1 family, neither of which I could get out of)

Both were utterly tacky and Envy

Actually, I can't put into words how bloody awful they were.
