To ask why we can't have a sex board?

But every time anyone says anything to do with sex in Chat or AIBU it gets a suspicious response. Couldn't we just have one that's not accessible unless you're a logged in user?

Pegs, penis beakers, armpit shagging, homemade vibrators...is there anything left to discuss ?

I would love a pervy sex board - it'd be the first one I'd go one every time, trolls or not (in fact the trolls would be the best part I reckon).

It's not exactly hard to join MN. You have to be a member to post anyway.

So if you join to get your jollies by posting a thread about pegging for example, you could just post it in Pervs corner rather than in chat.

paintedfences, have you read the linked thread? I argued all this five years ago. I pointed out all the things you're saying. You could hide the topic, it would make MN an easier place to navigate, we're grown women, often mothers or mothers to be or people trying to be mothers and sex is nothing to be ashamed of or worried about but some people don't want to see it, relationships is home to a lot of very serious discussions and threads about anal sex are incongruous there and on and on and on. I argued it all, I did.

Mumsnet will not do it.

Do you think it's odd people wanting to talk about sex usual? I don't find it so - sex and sexuality is a big part of life, why wouldn't people want to discuss it with others? It seems normal to me.
