MNHQ - you do realise that most of us, on Mumsnet, have seen a purple blob before? Numerous purple blobs, in some cases.

Is that carpet burn on his belly?
Actually, I think there is some red lighting, or a pink lighting gel on the light source because the paint on his brush, and on his attractively daubed love handles looks pink, and the paint pot says white. This could account for his rather broiled / carpet burned pink tint.

I wonder whether anyone on the camping board can recognise him and return him to his rightful owner?

The worrying thing though Blu is that the 'tip' of the purple blob is peeping out from under the M. Anyone who didn't see the original picture might wonder what it was!
