Numanoid

I suspect that there might indeed be an element of 'This is an occasion when we can get away with it under the guide of political passion' etc. I can assure you though that there are a number of committed voters who are behaving in a quite unbalanced way. My own family have suffered with it although you'll have to forgive me if I don't go into details. (Youngsters involved.)

flippinada · 15/09/2014 21:46

Thanks also for your post about the letter Fontanella. Very interesting.

'guise' that should read.

SantanaLopez · 15/09/2014 21:48

Oh I'm not saying that Wild! I think the trouble at those games is caused by the hangers-on, not fans. And I think without them this year, they've migrated across to the next opportunity for a barney.

AnnieHoo · 15/09/2014 21:48

That letter to the Daily Record from 15 professors and heads of economics from our universities should not be ignored or dismissed.

WildThong · 15/09/2014 21:48

This is a very telling article by Ewan Morrison - why I joined Yes and changed to No

wakeupscotland.wordpress.com/2014/09/15/ewan-morrison-yes-why-i-joined-yes-and-why-i-changed-to-no/

WildThong · 15/09/2014 21:54

Ach, I pay as much attention to Bob as I do to Amy McDonald.
And that would be none at all.

Isabelonatricycle · 15/09/2014 21:54

Wild I was in Trafalgar Square this evening - a number of friends of mine from Scotland (sadly without a vote) also there. Twas good. Not sure if it'll help at all, but it made those of us with English accents who don't live in Scotland feel slightly less helpless.

WildThong · 15/09/2014 21:54

Thanks, frankie it going to be a long night!

OneNight · 15/09/2014 21:55

Thank you frankie. An early(ish) night is definitely called for I think. I would never last the pace.

SantanaLopez · 15/09/2014 21:55

Oooh thanks frankie. I wonder if we will have to wait for Aberdeen. What's the population- just over 200,000?

WildThong · 15/09/2014 21:56

Great to see the positivity Isabel Flowers

Team, from what I recall what he said was about the men, not the women, of Scotland - addressed to the women, about the men.

WildThong · 15/09/2014 21:57

Some might want to get the recipe for humble pie.

EarthWindFire · 15/09/2014 22:00

That's interesting Frankie.

isobel glad it went well Smile

OneNight · 15/09/2014 22:00

Not worthy, WildThong. No one wins on this one.

flippinada · 15/09/2014 22:03

Still reading and absorbing. Off to bed..and I have the Wealth of Nations to read as well as the excellent links on here between looking after DS and work. Blimey. Lots to think about. Thanks all.
