To complain if a YHA posts pictures of beef tortilla on my facebook wall (I am a vegetarian)

This morning when I checked into my facebook wall a large picture of a beef tortilla was posted on it from a Youth hostel. I am friends with this YouthHostel having stayed there with family some years ago and had a lovely time. I go because it (and others) are self catering and outdooorsy) I felt sick- I am a hindu vegetaria. I asked the hostelmanager to remove the picture from my wall but instead the hostel defriended me 'for my own protection' AM I unreasonable to think a youth hostelling association should stick to pictures of the outdoors and hostel events and avoid posting stuff which could upset people of different cultures?

Anyway I have sorted it because I have deleted the newsfeed and luckily I am too old to ever want to go to a youth hostel again.

people post plates of food on things like that all the time whilst i think its strange,its slightly less strange for a venue that serves food to customers to do it.

its one of those things that you dont have to look at just like the tv if you dont like it dont look.

the onus is on you to defriend anybody that offends you,inless the thing that offends you breaks the law in the country you reside in or facebook rules
