I HAVE TOLD THE SCHOOL, I AM GOING TO SPEAK TO HIS MOTHER AND i THINK MIL SHOULD CTELL THE POLICE.

AIBU to think what a vile excuse for a child

If you're loving your pension keep your mouth shut. your name reminds me of something .. AN ESCAPED OLD PEOPLE'S HOME OLD WOMAN WHO HAS MADE A FACEBOOK ACCOUNT THOUGHT SHE'D DO THE OLD EXPERIENCED LIFE LIVER THING AND TRY BE FUNNY WHO HAS A ALBUM CALLED 'My eye' HAS SAGGY OLD TITS HASN'T HAD SEX SINCE THE POPE WAS ALIVE.
shut up you old bag, I'd put my dick in your arse and fuck you till you love me

That's vile and definitely his mother should be told and it should be removed - but why in these situations are people always so quick to suggest calling the police?! If someone said that to you IRL rather than over a social network site, would you call the police? And say what? 'Someone has just been rude to me?'.

What are the police supposed to do about this that his parent can't? It's not harassment because it's the first comment of its type. It's rudeness. Being rude is not a criminal offence.

HoneyDragonWearingLederhosen · 26/05/2012 21:31

Report. It can only be construed as a threat, and the boy needs to know. The school should hopefully get involved heavily too.

QuickLookBusy · 26/05/2012 21:33

That is disgusting. He has threatened an old woman and the police should take it seriously. If they dont, kick up a fuss..

I would also report to school and his mother.

difficultpickle · 26/05/2012 21:34

Police, school, mother is what I'd do in terms of reporting. I would also contact the parents of the boy who posted the photo so they know what sort of company their ds is keeping.

FeakAndWeeble · 26/05/2012 21:36

Ohhhh hang on, ignore me, on tiny phone and didn't see the bit that wasn't written in capitals. Police could take action under malicious communications because that first bit sounds like a threat.

He's a horrible little twat itsn't he?!

ravenAK · 26/05/2012 21:37

Screenshot & report to FB, school (although not much they can do beyond having a word) & police.

Totally out of order, the horrible little git.

Buckingfiatch · 26/05/2012 21:37

Is isn't just rude feak, it is a threat of not only telling her to keep her mouth shut with threatening her pension, but also later talks of raping her.

If someone had threatened to "Shove their dick up my arse till I loved them" online or in real life, yes, I would definitely get the police involved.

FeakAndWeeble · 26/05/2012 21:40

Read my next post Bucking.

Having dealt with hundreds upon hundreds of people telling me to go and arrest people for saying mean stuff to them on Facebook I am sensitive to anyone yelling 'police!' when it happens on here. I couldn't see the bits that weren't written in caps when on phone.

RabidAnchovy · 26/05/2012 21:42

Right my sister told me about the comment because when he called DS1 ugly I blocked him, although he was not friends with DS1 or myself, but as he had commented on DS1s photo we could see the comment.

I have now phoned the police (non urgent number) and they were very helpful, he has threatened to carry out a sexual assault on an elderly lady, he has done so on a public forum, he is in deep shit.

As I said I have emailed it to the head of year and I will call the school on Monday and speak to his mother.

Vile nasty child.

Has your MIL seen it Rabid? Is she OK?

storminabuttercup · 26/05/2012 21:43

Report report report

Horrible thing to say I am

youarekidding · 26/05/2012 21:44

Just vile Sad

here's how you take a screenshot HTH

WhereYouLeftIt · 26/05/2012 21:44

I think you have done the right thing OP. Nobody should get away with such behaviour. Shock

storminabuttercup · 26/05/2012 21:46

Xpost you have done the right thing

Hope mil is ok

RabidAnchovy · 26/05/2012 21:47

squeakytoy · 26/05/2012 21:50

I would also say find out if the account was hacked before going to the police. teens are notorious for forgetting to log out of their accounts, or for leaving their phones lying around.. it would be unfair to accuse the boy without checking this first, as it really is such vile behaviour.

RabidAnchovy · 26/05/2012 21:52

I am 100% sure it is him and not someone hacking his account

OP posts:
squeakytoy · 26/05/2012 21:54

to be fair, unless you were actually sat next to him while he was typing it, then you cant be 100% sure..

RabidAnchovy · 26/05/2012 21:56

To be fair I know him and you don't
He is not on my face book but I know the family, he was at pre school with DS1 and was a little shit then and is at school with him, is a stoner and a tat, beats smaller kids up for fun and is vile

OP posts:
LowFlyingBirds · 26/05/2012 21:59

Squeaky, noy for op to check whether account was hacked (how would she go about that anyway?)

It was his account, if it was someone else then thats for the police to discover.

EightiesChick · 26/05/2012 22:00

How to do a screenshot: hold down ALT and press PRINT SCREEN. Then open a word document and click paste. That should give you an image of the screen. Save the word doc.

And yes, report to police, tell his mother, tell school.

Buckingfiatch · 26/05/2012 22:04

feak, I had already sent that without seeing your other post. Fair enough. I can see your point.

squeaky, I don't even know him and I believe (although can't be 100%) it was him. He commented saying ugly, the MIL made some comment towards him, cue his ego being bruised in front of his mates leading to him acting the "big man" by posting such vile stuff to MIL in reply.

He probably wouldn't actually go through with the threats, but nevertheless, it is sick and he needs to learn that you can't go around saying such nasty, twisted things.

RabidAnchovy · 26/05/2012 22:07

I do not have windows does that matter?

OP posts:
Chocolategirl3 · 26/05/2012 22:07

i feel sick reading that. I may be inclined to raise merry hell at the kids house as well as ringing the police.

i hope your MIL is ok, that message is really upsetting.

squeakytoy · 26/05/2012 22:10

fair enough.. he does sound like the sort of scrote that would do that then.

what a vile horrible boy... I dread to think what sort of person he is going to be as an adult. :(
