OP, parenting is about choices, you can't sue people for choices if they weren't directly harmful, breastfeeding and bottle feeding both provide adequate nutrition for babies, any benefits of breastfeeding are statistical and choosing not to breastfeed is not a harmful decision (and I say this as someone who chose to breastfeed).

I was breast fed but still had allergies. Can I sue my dad instead? I think I had lead paint on my toys too.

I shall also be suing DS2 for the damage his attitude has caused to my mental health and well being.
