I'm making a couple of assumptions about this: she is drunk (which does not in any way excuse what she is saying); she is the child's mother.

Horrific. I hope she is charged for the disgusting things she said. Concerned about the boy too, his calm demeanour in the face of that is definitely worrying. the other troubling thing is that somebody was about to physically hurt her until they realised the baby was on her lap. Not everybody would have necessarily held back because of the baby. If she keeps acting like this she could end up getting both of them hurt.
