And the 32" flatscreen tv must be suitable for the playroom.

Seriously though, why do they let these people on Freecycle?

I need an iphone 4 which has been got on a contract that is already paid for thank you. And party invitations for a 50th birthday party for someone called Mike who is going to be 50 this weekend. lol. and some chairs/other party miscellanea for said party.

Actually, I offered a washing machine, dishwasher and cooker on mine, and got hundreds of responses - most of them saying 'I'm a single parent with X children and my washing machine/oven/dishwasher broke down last night/this morning' (where X was always more than 3). I was quite shocked that so many white goods in my area were on the blink at the same time!

Awomancalledhorse - it's entirely possible that there is still a car seat in our loft - I know there's a cot. DS and DD are 23 and 21.

We did start sorting the loft out last summer, but then DS fell through the bathroom ceiling and it kind of got put on hold...

That's nothing, a friend of mine had someone posting the following on her local freecycle. Still makes me chuckle:

and such like. Being able to see these before they are on the group gives me a giggle but also means I can delete them as the policy is not to ask for big or expensive items.

In my local group a couple of weeks ago somebody posted a list of things they wanted including a fridge freezer, tumble dryer and washing machine and specified that they must all be in working condition and needed to be delivered.
