It took me years to figure out how to have one manually. I always used a vib, water pressure (as a kid - I accidently discovered this very very early on). I never did it myself with my fingers until about a year ago (and I am 31). I used to think I was having one (when someone else was trying with oral etc) but would chicken out and make them stop.
