Well yes actually.
There have been so many footballers and other celebrities and sports people who have got away with things because of the power of their fame and their wealth it wouldn't have surprised me if he had been found Not Guilty.
Having said that I am extremely pleased he has been found Guilty.

When the first not guilty verdicts were read out by Sky News my stomach dropped because I really thought he’d got away with it all. I hope he doesn’t get bail, which is what they’re trying to do now.
