I was trying to find a way to say this - glad someone did

I can imagine some men will dish up to him what he has been dishing up to women

He will be banged up on the vulnerable prisoners wing.

Why her Dad? Could her mother not do this or her sister? Does it need to be a man to save her?

she can save herself

I don’t think she will - they both think it’s a load of lies - I can’t believe her view will change - if she stood by him knowing his reputation it means to me she doesn’t think it’s the criminal activity that it is and is in Denial

He will be banged up on the vulnerable prisoners wing.

Meaning….

Oversexed freak. To think that our culture celebrated or encouraged his disgusting antics too, by giving him the title 'shagger of the year' and that kind of thing. The 2000s is a decade that continues to age extremely poorly.

Celebrating a type of hideous lad culture

how long before he appeals , vile men like him will never believe it was in any way their fault

That's what worries me too, billysboy, especially with him only being found guilty of one of the three rapes

Obviously his conviction's good news, but I just wonder what'll happen now

What does this case have to do with the BBC?

Some of the assaults were at work places - his work place was bbc some of the time if not all the time

the radio 2 sexual
harassment of a women phone call to Andrew sachs with Jonathan Ross

it was an open secret

Huw Edwards has a long history of severe depression.
You should not put severe MH issues in quotes to minimise them. That will not help those who have diagnosed depression (or other MH issues).
It goes w/o saying that I am not 'siding' with HE, but his mental health issues are not to be dismissed because of his behaviour.

God...that's clumsy...am I explaining what I mean?

I know what you mean. At the same time - he shouldn't be using mental health issues to excuse his disgusting paedo style behaviour, and nor should anyone else allow it. And afaik he's never paid the BBC back his wages. Slimy bastard.

It would be the CPS not the jury I think.

The reference was to the cases that were acquitted.

I don't Huw E has used his MH to excuse his behaviour has he? Didn't he just disappear?

What a day for British justice. Digwa's minimum term has been increased to 25 years.

Bet he wished he hadn't appealed

I'm not surprised. Vile individual.

KvotheTheBloodless · Today 16:20

He will get at least 10 years, likely more. I'd guess 12.

Some might be hoping for some Brand action since he's partial to giving it
