I think it's a sweet house and I can see it's been done by someone who knows what they're doing. I like it better than most of the bland, blank canvass houses, and I really like a couple of the rooms.....but I'm not sure I'd want to live there.

Do it! Brighter curtains and cushions are a good start. Look in charity shops too. A nice colourful throw or 2. Maybe some colourful wallpaper on a main wall?

I bought a cheap stretch colourful patterned cover for a boring beige tub chair. Cover was less than £8 on amazon. I get so many compliments. Change doesn't have to be expensive.

I note it's marketed by an estate agent in Totnes, which must be a good 5+ miles away. Why ? The terraced houses in St Marychurch and Babbacombe are not that estate agents usual type- maybe it's a staff member ? tho usually that is stated on the info ?

I wonder why they didn't go with John Lake estate agents as they are the nearest agency and certainly specialise in the area.

Good try at £250,000 they will prob get it, tho a 4 bed with driveway went under offer recently at £240,000.

Not a 2nd home buyer property usually, it will be a home for someone I expect. Local schools have a good reputation.

Like it all apart from the hot pink (both paint and furnishings). Overall, really fun and stylish.
