I am afraid I can see a future where squads of balaclava clad thugs turn up outside all sorts of charities (womens refuges) to "make sure" they are only aiding "the right sort of people".

I can see Zia Yusuf complaining that Citizens Advice* are helping immigrants at the expense of brave patriots all too easily.

Omg - this is just dreadful.

I’d have thought you couldn’t get much more British than the RNLI - where are their respect ‘British’ values? I only hope if anyone drowns it’s a black short. I never normally go so far, I perhaps don’t mean it fully, I definitely don’t want to share their values that hating folk to point of violence and abuse etc is ok - but it’s hard not to at times.

Mind you also can’t get much more ‘British’ than a white canon of a church but that didn’t stop protestors harassing and doxxing him and suggesting violence to him. Though I was told on another thread he’d looked rather ‘smug’ - so maybe that’s a non British thing black shorts can hate.

E2A: Knowing that this app will have been done on the cheap (with it being evens whether the developers have actually been paid) I can't see the security being that brilliant. I agree - every single Reform voting PIP claimant will be totally confident they don’t mean them - until they do of course!

I do agree but I always have thought and said that asylum claimants are particularly useful - they are physically accessible as a group - and can be seen as a homogenous group rather than realising they are all individual people. They use war language around them, which gets people fired up - invasion, attack etc.

I think it’s harder to get such venom going towards disabled people.

I do really wish venom against others wasn’t a thing at all of course.

They wouldn't see the pension (well their own) as a benefit.

But you have to remember how spectacularly thick these people are. If you have spent any time with them, you wouldn't argue with me when I say that generally, if it wasn't for

"their sort"

they would all be CEOs of Amazon or Google or Apple. Their true birthright.

Remember these are the sort of people who can say to me "Their sort only get ahead because they work hard" without hearing themselves.

I’m not arguing with you, Jane. My assessment of their self awareness aligns with yours. I also agree with MsJinks, they’ll have difficulty finding another group they can weaponise as easily as immigrants.
