Can someone explain to me what is going on with the A66 crash and revenge killings?

I’m not understanding any of this. 5 young men were driving a car in the wrong land and hit an unmarked car head on, killing the two police officers driving it. That I understand.

Why are there now reports of a house being burned out, killing an older woman and a young child? Further hints of gangland violence. Why? Is it the families of the 5 men blaming each other, or other people?

I also saw one of the boys dad said that the police are to blame because they were chasing them 🤦🏻 how about if your son wasn’t a little shit and getting up to no good then the police wouldn’t have had to chase them 🤦‍♀️ I get they are grieving but your child was responsible for killing other people, so maybe stop passing the blame.

I actually don’t believe it’s true they did put a stinger down - the only place I’ve seen that is from family members that I wouldn’t rely on for the gospel truth.

But, if they did put one down in the ten seconds the car was travelling in the wrong direction - good. Had it worked, 2 police men wouldn’t be dead.

I saw one person alleging this on social media but he was also blaming the police for the chase, speaking from his own experience in pursuits as the offender and making provicative comments and allegations about the officers that died, not a reliable source!

I feel sorry for the innocent people who have to live amongst these idiots. It might not be a particularly desirable area, but not everyone who lives there will be like these families. Some will be living there because they’ve been there for years, or because it’s the only place they could afford. They will be trying to bring their kids up the best they can and working hard to make ends meet. They must be living in hell daily. I’d absolutely hate it.

A defence lawyer will struggle to get a trial stopped on technicalities when the charge (should the culprit be found and charged) will be either murder, manslaughter and arson with intent to endanger life.
