She looks like she’s at death’s door with anorexia and yet she’s just kicked off a world tour.

I thought we were living in more enlightened times now and that celebrities’ ill health wouldn’t be enabled like this. If she went to any hospital she’d get admitted for malnutrition.

Ariana Grande is so thin and skeletal that she looks completely different, unrecognisable. Many people were saying the same when the Wicked movies came out. Yes you'd hope someone close to her would get her the help she really needs but she's making a lot of money for people so....

Oh she looked so lovely here. 😍 She's very pretty. And as has been said, very talented. Her impressions of other female singers on YouTube are brilliant. Her voice is quite outstanding. Good actress too, and she always comes across as lovely.

How is saying ‘I’m worried about someone’s health’ bullying? A tour is physically demanding, honestly, even travelling to a Harry Styles concert recently was physically demanding and I was only attending it, for one night!

She is very very thin, and Hollywood have a history of putting pressure on people without caring about their health. The public are allowed to show concern here, it’s real.

I love a concert but if I had a ticket to her show now, I would not go, she is not well at all. I don’t want any part of that.

I hope she will recover.

I've found the latest tour footage really uncomfortable to watch. It's like the life has been drained from her, so sad. I hope she gets the help she obviously needs.

I'm sure I read that Grande recently split up with her husband, so that won't be helping.

I also agree with an earlier poster re: Princess Katherine - I've always thought she looks borderline unwell. Her family are all naturally slim, but she is beyond that.

Like so many in that industry. Karen Carpenter, Lena Zavaroni, Britney Spears, beset by illness, anorexia or mental illness, is it the industry itself, the pressures from management and entourage, demands from fans who expect them to perform, or personal demons they bring with them. It is painful to watch though.

insurance companies don’t stop people doing things. They just decline to allow you to purchase insurance from them.

I watched the Taylor Swift Eras documentaries on Disney and it was amazing how much training she did to be physically fit enough to get through such a gruelling tour. Running on a treadmill and singing is no easy feat.

Ariana is barely able to move in the footage that's come out of her concerts.

There's a massive difference between weight loss from jabs and an ED.

some people with EDs misuse jabs, so there isn’t necessarily a massive difference…
A reality TV personality called Layla Taylor (semi) recently spoke about how she suffers from Anorexia and has been using jabs, she ended up checking into a clinic IIRC.
