Someone on the last thread said that Aaron Carters mother wanted him to lie and say Michael abused him and he refused to lie.

Just saw the video that that related to and that's not what he said.

He said his mother was sitting with FBI agents in a hotel room and that his mom said 'tell them what happened' and then Aaron was like 'are you all crazy, what do you think I'm going to do, tell you that he did something bad so that we can sue him for money?' and his mother said 'well I think something happened'.

His mother may well have thought that something had happened to him because the FBI had probably been telling her that they thought Aaron had been abused, if she was going to ask him to lie for money she presumably would have discussed it with him in advance and not sprung the FBI on him.

Either way it does make her look good, does it?

I don't think that particular story makes her look like anything.

I have a somewhat related story, a long time ago when I was briefly questioned when the person I lived with got arrested, the detectives left and my dad came over, then the detectives came back and one of them asked could he speak to my dad, then after my dad said 'you have to tell them what happened'. I said 'I don't know anything about it' and he said 'well if you don't tell them what you know they can arrest you and hold you for 3 days' and I said 'I literally don't know anything at all to tell them'.

The detective had obviously tried to tell him I was withholding information and to put pressure on me, my dad didn't know what happened at all or if I knew anything, all he knew was that the detective was telling him I knew something!

Also just want to clarify, I didn't know anything and wasn't withholding anything 😅 I don't think they thought I was either, it was just a tactic just in case I did.

But the way the supporters try to say that Aarons mother tried to get him to lie is just not true. She may well have thought that something happened. It's not like she could know for sure.

  1. He kept pictures of naked boys
  2. He had a sucession of special friends who were little boys
  3. He admitted sleeping alone in bed with non related young children many times
  4. There are many photos and videos of him hugging, kissing, hand holding and having children on his knee in a totally inappropriate way
  5. Many of these children have said he sexually abused them.

He was a pedofile.

I have no time for people that call his accusers liars and such like.

This are not random people but all children who spent a lot of time with Jackson and there is compelling circumstantial evidence (see above) to support their claims.

On some level the fans must know this. They must know there is a at least a chance they are slandering genuine victims of sexual abuse and I find that to be disgusting.

I am actually apalled mumsnet allows these comments to stand. It must make sexual abuse victims everywhere feel disbelieved.

That tiktok of the bodyguard at the end of the last thread was full of misinformation. I don't know the full story regarding the pay off and whether the insurance paid it or not but he managed to sneak in loads of misinformation at the end about Jordan Chandler I wouldn't be convinced by the rest of it either.

Jordan Chandler did NOT come out years later and say it was all a load of nonsense and that he was made to do it, he also said Evan killed himself because he couldn't live with it, no one knows why he killed himself but he had a degenerative disease and there was also reports that he also was suffering from cancer at the time of his death so maybe that was the reason for it, and he said that Jordan disowned his parents and never spoke to them again, he had a relationship with his dad for years but then took out a restraining order, and he has reunited with his mother at some point after the 2005 trial, there's pictures of Jordan as an adult with his mother online.

But you said some of those defending him were ‘talking like a barrister’

This guy isn’t a barrister and was actually there throughout all of the situations and there’s no gain for him to still defend MJ but he always has and he always will because he was never after his money, he made his own!

Thats the difference, the accusers were all desperate for money at the point the MJ gravy train dried up, each one knew what the other had done to try for a payout and they got onto that bandwagon

I used to think like you but I really do not think he was that person anymore

There is SO much that was put out there for our consumption about him
that was just like this but it wasn’t as presented and that why he was not found guilty

No I said one poster was 'talking like a barrister' because she said what I said was unfounded, illogical and purely speculative. She was literally 'talking like a barrister' and then in turn offered her own speculative explanation which was far more illogical.

I don't care if he was there. He wasn't in the bed with them.
And the stuff he said at the end of the video about Jordan coming out years later and saying it was nonsense was not in any way true.

Regarding point 5, actually only a tiny tiny number of people came forward claiming they'd been abused out of the hundreds and hundreds of children Michael befriended or helped.

11 is not a tiny number of children to publically acuse someone of sexual abuse.

In regards to the statement that he tried to claim was in relation to Jonathan Spence, I'm going to look that up and try to verify either way, but I believe that there were reports of other pictures being found like of a boy in a bath and so I'm not sure if they're talking about the same photographs.

It's tiny given the magnitude of his fame, and the monetary need of each

The case has been reopened now years later, and this time (I hope) they will get exactly what is coming to them!

ComedyGuns · 19/05/2026 22:56

MJ’s Wikipedia page states that, at the time of his death, he was almost bankrupt, and was dealing with about 47 lawsuits. Whether these are just greedy people capitalising on his fame, or genuine cases, we’ll never know.

estrogone · 19/05/2026 22:59

I think this thread is in poor taste. Nobody knows for sure if Michael Jackson was a predatory paedophile.

What we do know is many children have accused him of sexual abuse. Speculating, in the face of even the slightest chance of child abuse is just not on. It creates opportunity for misinformation and space for lies (the perfect conditions for paedophiles and swindlers alike).

I am quite shocked that two thread of this has gone on unchallenged.

No, because he's saying it's just an 'art book'. We know that legally they're considered art books, but they're made by pedophiles and used by pedophiles. The British library has them, they hold copies of every book published in the UK and had to restrict access to them because people were ripping pages out of them, they can only be viewed with an invigilator now. The pictures are nowhere near as innocent as that video makes out.
