That tiktok of the bodyguard at the end of the last thread was full of misinformation. I don't know the full story regarding the pay off and whether the insurance paid it or not but he managed to sneak in loads of misinformation at the end about Jordan Chandler I wouldn't be convinced by the rest of it either.

Jordan Chandler did NOT come out years later and say it was all a load of nonsense and that he was made to do it, he also said Evan killed himself because he couldn't live with it, no one knows why he killed himself but he had a degenerative disease and there was also reports that he also was suffering from cancer at the time of his death so maybe that was the reason for it, and he said that Jordan disowned his parents and never spoke to them again, he had a relationship with his dad for years but then took out a restraining order, and he has reunited with his mother at some point after the 2005 trial, there's pictures of Jordan as an adult with his mother online.

Thanks for the new thread @AutumnLover1990. On the last thread, I was talking about the ‘Boys will be boys’ book. I remember that being brought up in the trial when I followed it and feeling sad about it because I couldn’t think of an innocent explanation for him to have a book written by a pedophile with nude pictures of kids. Wrt any other photos I will go and look at the court documents - I’ve been quite busy with autistic dd but I’m interested to go back and see what evidence was produced and what wasn’t.

I do not believe them. I believe he is innocent and has been framed for money by the families.

I should add. I never posted this on the last thread. I was a big fan of Michael ever since the Thriller video came out. I was 9 years old. I was also a Prince fan which was a huge no no. I wasn't allowed to like both apparently.
Once leaving Neverland aired in 2019,that was it. I couldn't listen to his music or have anything to do with him. I was also abused as 13/14 year old. No one believed me at the time, including my parents, I I truly believed them,until stuff just didn't add up.

I got rid of so much stuff of his, although I still have the giant Opus in the garage.
Been down a rabbit hole these last few months and I now feel awful for disowning him. I'm convinced probably 90 percent that he's innocent.

I'm really not sure about the book. Was it a fan called Rhonda that sent it to him? Another spin on it is if fans can send him things, could anyone send him stuff,to frame him? It could quite easily be done I guess.

We've discussed repeatedly on the last thread that there was another book too.

One of them that was apparently 10% nudity had an inscription from a fan called "Rhonda" which was written in quotation marks like it could have been a pseudonym.

There is nothing to suggest the other one, which was mostly made up of nude images of boys, including one with a boy with his legs spread and genitals on display, was personally inscribed inside by Michael Jackson.

These books were locked up in a filing cabinet in his room.

If people sent him stuff to frame him then they'd destroy them or do whatever he did with the stuff from fans that he didn't want, he wouldn't personally inscribe it and then lock them in a filing cabinet.

It sounds like you had a similar experience and epiphany timeline to me about him being not guilty and then the sadness for him really kicks in.

The thing is, being in the position of an accuser is not a nice or even a safe space to be in. The backlash is significant. The accusers receive daily death threats. No amount of money is worth that. Jordan Chandler’s family had a man travel all the way from the UK so that he could sit outside his family home and throw dog poo at it. Jordan Chandler himself was targeted by a truck who tried to run him over.

If it was all about money then why is he the only rich celebrity to have been dogged across many decades by accusations that he molested boys of a specific age and look?

People fall for this idea that people want money and that’s their motivation but I do not believe that JC would have been paid off to the tune of $25 million if the accusations were fabricated lies. It just doesn’t make sense that someone would do this.

Jimmy Savile often said (as a catholic) that he’d have to be let into heaven because of all the charity work he did. It seems he thought the good things he did offset his predatory offending and the same could be true, here.

I just find it strange how people will passionately fight the corner of a deranged drug addict, when in real life they would totally avoid or judge that sort of person. Especially a opioid (heroin) addict, most of them are met with utter disgust. The glitz and the glam really skews people's perception and that's why they choose to ignore the heaps of evidence that point to the fact he was a pedo
