What did Starmer think? So conspicuous is the absence of his opinions, expectations and directions from these conversations that it is all too easy to forget he was prime minister at all.

Once again, I am back to - Keir Starmer is employed by someone else. I just don't have any other explanations for it. It's like he didn't want to be prime minister at all.

I suspect McDonnell is taking the opportunity to try and get rid of McFadden because he is likely to vote for someone on the right of Labour (like Streeting or Mahmood). Obviously McDonnell wants a lefty.

Cabinet office minister couldn't share his messages with Mandelson due to his phone being stolen.
Nick Thomas-Symons had his phone stolen in October 2025.....apparently.

The minister told officers he was walking past the Home Office when three people on bikes targeted him. The bodycam footage from Henry Novak's murder has now been released, although I won't personally be watching it.

I just saw it, totally, totally shocking. Police handcuffing and arresting a dying victim while the murderer just stands there.

Well it just came on the news, first his distraught family talking outside court and then the actual footage. I really couldn’t believe what I was watching, victim says “I’ve been stabbed” and police officer who has got him on the ground says “I don’t think you have mate” 😡

I saw one thread with the title “Henry Novak” but I haven’t read it and think I’ll stay away.

I just don't understand why they were so sure he was just drunk though - he was stabbed in the face and bleeding?

It honestly blows my mind that once the magic word "racism" is uttered, the boy lying bleeding on the ground is handcuffed, whereas the well, healthy man isn't. Just instant belief and assumption. It's fucked.

Honestly I think this is how the police have been indoctrinated to behave now.
