I think some are clearly deluded and pretending that everything is rosey in the garden.
The reality is that the leadership contest is already underway, Starmer is irrelevant and hiding, and Labour are about to show us that they are experts when it comes to internecine warfare.

They make the tories look like a nest of singing birds.
