I love these types of threads as I feel I need some accountability as I’m dieting currently and also I’m nosey and like seeing what others have.

greek yogurt,mango and strawberries with a little bit of granola

mixed salad,avocado,spicy beetroot and leftover chicken tikka

will have -
homemade pasta bolognaise
mixed salad

Today I have had;

Greek yoghurt with mixed seeds, blueberries and walnuts.

Half a cheese sandwich, a satsuma and a banana.

Tonight I will have ratatouille and a leftover chicken leg.

Small porridge with raisins and banana for breakfast.
Scrambled eggs on toast for lunch.
Sausage, mash, onion gravy and veg for tea.

It's a comfort food kind of day. Not feeling well and hardly slept last night. 😓

First trimester is kicking my ass so:

  • bowl of mini chocolate Weetabix with skimmed milk
  • two cheese wraps microwaved
  • two soleros
  • two pieces of toast with pb & banana
  • 4 crackers with butter

A far cry from my pre- pregnancy diet. Anything with protein or fruit makes me want to puke immediately.

I have a ball of burrata that will go bad if I don't eat it. Will probably have this with cherry tomatoes for dinner

Not feeling great after surgery but trying not to eat crap, appetite is poor atm.

1 weetabix, a few tablespoons of mixed (milled) chia flax and wheat bran, a scoop of vanilla protein powder all mixed with water and topped with a yakult. Sounds gross but it tastes good to me and it's what I can tolerate.

I haven't had anything except a couple of spoons of Greek yogurt since. And a few jelly babies!

Not in the mood for anything later, but might do a quick omelette or scrambled egg on toast.

I hate this feeling of nausea at the thought of eating. Ugh.

Chicken salad with lettuce, cucumber, radish, onion, croutons, crunchy chilli oil, feta cheese, spring onion.
A bowl of green and red grapes. About 8 chilli heatwave doritos. Half a salted caramel pretzel yorkie.

2 x weetabix for breakfast

After a run I had a snack of 3 boiled eggs mushed up, mayo, Italian herbs, some salt and a few crackers- sounds gross but really quite yummy!

1 x apple

Tesco meal deal for lunch (not healthy chocolate covered cashews, cheese and salmon sandwich and Coke Zero)

Just had an epic fish and chippie tea with mushy peas and can of sprite 🤓

i did one of Caroline G (can never remember her surname!) home workouts today and fair bit of walking so will probs treat myself to some dark
chocolate v soon!

Breakfast was smoked salmon and egg on a bagel with tomatoes and two cups tea. Lunch was a cup of soup and some beef jerky (far too much as it is a new passion and SOOOOO moreish)! Dinner is stir fried pork and veg with rice noodles. Ive had the pork marinating for a couple hours about to start cooking. I did have a cheeky glass of rosé just now as the bottle was already open…

Porridge, apricots, filled pasta, slice of quiche, banana, crispy fried duck with cucumber and carrots, tea x 3 cups, protein drink with beef broth and creatine in after the gym. Not necessarily in that order! Not great really

Ive had a bowl of cereal, beans on toast, rice pudding, gf cheddars, jersey royals with broad beans and prawns, and a mug cake
