US strikes Iran

In conjunction with Israel.
Why? Starting wars has never ever ended well for the US, or for the country they are trying to 'help.'

Of course it matters why they are doing it, you just won’t realise until it’s too late. Netanyahu does not care one little bit for the people of Iran. And yes they always attack during Ramadan.

People in Iran have been asking for help, so there is that.

The war mongering paedophiles that brought you genocide in Gaza and the most scandalous files of abuse in history are now embroiling the world in a war to distract you in the name of “preserving freedom.” Within hours of Oman's Foreign Minister saying "Iran agreed to zero enriched uranium stockpiling", Israel immediately bombs Tehran & the US promptly joins- it was NEVER about nuclear weapons

Not sure these are the ‘most scandalous files of abuse in history’. That’s a very high bar to reach and the Epstein files are no where near.

My husband and his family are Iranian. They escaped to the UK as political refugees in the 1990s. The current Iranian Regime is murdering tens of thousands of its own civilians. Despite having family still in Iran, my husband and his family are glad that the USA and Israel (as awful as Trump and Netanyahu are) are doing this because it gives the Iranian people a chance to be liberated from their oppressors. These things aren't straight forward- worth reading about before you declare its wrong or about oil or whatever else. This is widely considered the lesser of two evils amongst Iranians.

This.

FloralDeerPattern · 28/02/2026 14:07

I saw a video by Metro news saying that at least 40 girls have been killed in an air strike on a girls school in southern Iran.

Further to my earlier post, this has not been verified by any country outside of Iran.

There are reports by human rights organisations that the Iranian Regime is killing its own civilians' children and keeping their bodies to wheel out when bombed, to suggest that the USA/Israel are guilty of murdering children.

The Iranian regime is evil. Verified acts against their civilians- including children - include shooting them dead and then charging families for the bullets used to kill them before they'll release their bodies. They are also deliberately killing doctors and nurses for treating the injured. Patients who haven't been killed immediately are being shot in the head in their hospital beds by the revolutionary guard. I could go on...

38thparallel · 28/02/2026 14:14

I am very concerned about anything being impossed on them.

@MushMonster were you concerned about the brutal and repressive regime that has been imposed on them since 1979?

Yes, I am not in agreement of the current regime.
But that does not mean that I am not against US or any other country impossing a government on Iran or influencing it or manouvering from the shadows, as per usual.

EasternStandard · 28/02/2026 14:24

HepzibahGreen · 28/02/2026 13:57

I don’t think most Iranians give a shit about Ramadan. They’re too busy being beaten and raped by police or shot at protests against the Islamic regime.
It doesnt really matter WHY the US are doing this. What matters is the outcome.

@BelleHathordo these things that are happening to Iranians concern you too?

This. Iranians were asking for this intervention during the protests, and are cheering it now.

Khamenei’s compound has been destroyed. Hopefully he was in it.

TheFilliesWillRiseAgain · 28/02/2026 14:29

The Iranian Foreign Minister has just issued a statement saying Khamenei is alive ... Which is making everyone think he might be dead as the regime lies so much about casualties

BerthaPotts · 28/02/2026 14:30

Why did Israel/US strike a school in Iran? There's footage of it on the news. I can't understand the reasoning behind that.

Also, the US and Israel want regime change by bombing Iran. I can't see how that will realistically achieve that.

Its unverified.

And as to your second point, perhaps those far better qualified than us on here are better placed to make those calls.

Yup, dates are symbolic to many people. March 3rd was predicted by some analysts as the date the attack would happen by and this CNN Journalist was wrote this article earlier today:
https://edition.cnn.com/world/live-news/israel-iran-attack-02-28-26-hnk-intl?post-id=cmm60wotj001m3b6pawhvknhc&utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email
"The timing of the US and Israeli attack on Iran bears symbolic meaning in Judaism. Ahead of the upcoming Jewish holiday of Purim, worshippers read the specific portion from the Old Testament, known as Zachor.

The passage from the book of Deuteronomy commands the ancient Israelites to remember an unprovoked attack by the nation of Amalek and to eradicate the memory of Amalek once the Israelites are settled in their land.

The passage is read publicly before Purim to fulfil the mitzvah of remembering Amalek as Israel’s achetypical enemy."

But hey, people who do not know about Karbala or Husayn purport to know what Iranians in Iran may think and are doing right now (laughing as we kept our Iranian friend company virtually as they "broke fast" earlier this week).......

I’ve seen similar claims.
It sounds absolutely twisted and horrific, but unfortunately not unbelievable, given how the Iranian regime treated its own citizens during the latest uprising (and before that).

I'm sure it's nothing about distracting people from the Epstein files! Hmm.

How very dare you!

DidIForgetPEAgain · 28/02/2026 14:40

notimagain · 28/02/2026 14:13

The idea of attacking a Shia country, during Ramadan (whilst people are fasting) weeks after a lot of elites were exposed in the Epstein releases as being nothing short of all types of demonic torturers is interesting.

I seem to recall (I'm a bit old) certain nations having no qualms about launching a surprise attack during Yom Kippur....so excuse me if I'm not entirely sympathetic to that line of thought.

A CNN journalist highlighted how the attack on Iran coincides with a Jewish celebration. She then mentions the relevance of the Amalek verse, 1st Samuel 15:3 that talks about killing kids and babies. This is when a school in Iran has been attacked killing 25 young girls.

Those dastardly Jews Zionists eh!

MushMonster · 28/02/2026 14:43

@dairydebris on your point that maybe more qualified people are the ones to make the calls.
We wish!
It would be the right and common sense thing. But it only takes a few hours to watch half the politicians in the world today to know that they have no clue. It is all populist half speech, with no principles or long term plans, these days.

Also, this is a chat forum. Not a war commitee. So we are free to give our opinions. All of them.

TheFrendo · 28/02/2026 14:44

It has been reported that Ayatollah Khameni has been killed.

Who would these people be? The satanic paedophiles trafficking and torturing children?

Admittedly I am not qualified but I did read the news on it today and some commentary from 'qualified people' so to speak. They echo similar sentiments that bombing Iran isn't necessarily going to achieve this goal that Trump has stated.

TheFrendo · 28/02/2026 14:49

No idea. Israel Channel 12 reporting Ayatollah dead, also Prime Minister. Pretty sure there has been a big strike on a compound where he was thought to be.

I know! Some of them seem to be named in quite a few files.
I do not think the attack on Iran is related to Epstein.
But that between those officially named as "qualified", there are rather sick horrible individuals.
