In court this week, think this is the last part of their legal stuff? Anyway, what has really struck me with this is how the Daily Mail have been complicit in her narrative and the abuse he gets. It’s came out in the court she has made 30k from them, selling her stories. I’m aware it’s an absolute rag, but paying someone with an DVRO and running their stories, in an attempt to paint their victim in a negative light is surely low, even by their standards?

Even posting articles, with such an obviously obnoxious hyperlink. It’s baffling that it’s allowed and absolutely no way unintentional. The word ‘slut’ right there beside her name.

Yup. And it was entirely unnecessary. Forensic accountants have shown she had money at these times. She was doing it to make him look bad and again, the Daily Mail published these stories and have never really backtracked on any of it.

It’s literally using the media to continue to abuse him and the Daily Mail are completely complicit.

Once again, their poor poor children. She is ruining them.

Got to hope that this court action is the last of it all, and the children maybe get the chance to move on if mum puts it behind her.

I also feel sorry for her children, the people who gave money to a woman and two children who were ‘homeless’, and I feel sorry for the neighbours who have recorded her screaming at them on their doorbell cameras.

I agree with this, which really does again highlight how unethical the Daily Mail have been with all of this. If she is vulnerable they should never have been paying her for stories on her volatile behaviour.

Nothing surprises me with the Daily Mail. I sued them many many years ago because they wrote a completely false and fabricated story about me.
They really don't care about the truth, and have the most lazy journalists with zero morals.
That said, few people see through the Alice narrative - she's behaved horrendously and I sincerely hope those children can rebuild their relationship with their father and he still has a restraining order against her.

I would have felt sorry for her, if she hadn’t continued to abuse him for 5 years solid, and hadn’t threatened to accuse him of sexually abusing their children, and hadn’t threatened to ‘Amber Heard’ him, and hadn’t isolated their children from their entire family. As it is, it’s Ioan and the children I feel sorry for.

She is an abuser. I’m glad the tide is finally turning. Hopefully this court case goes in Ioan’s favour.

So is this the last legal bit? And then finance etc is set? When does the result become public? Some cases seem to be given an immediate result, others feel like a few months waiting.

There is a thread on Tattle Life where they get hold of all the court documents and post them. They’re enlightening. I don’t read the threads themselves as they’re extremely long and busy, but if you look at their Wiki all the information is there.

She’s actually has two active go fund me. The first she set up saying it was to pay towards legal fees (when ioan was paying her legal fees and the financial forensics found she had over 100k in her bank at the time)

The fact the daily mail paid her a 30k retainer for her inside info so they could post biased articles is disgusting and is the reason so many people think he’s this dead beat husband and father when if you actually read the court documents you’ll see how he is the victim.

He’s provided literally thousands of pieces of evidence showing Alice’s abuse including messages, emails, video footage etc. She hasn’t been able to bring a post it note worth of evidence that he’s the monster she claims he is.

She’s a piece of work and has used vulnerable women who actually have been cheated on and left high and dry by their husbands to gather support because these poor women think Alice has been treated the same when it’s actually the complete opposite.

Ioan showed proof in court of text messages from his daughter saying that mummy had left the front door open for her drug dealer and that Alice was offering the children cocaine.

Alice said if ioan even tried to tell anyone this she would start saying he sexually abused the girls.

She’s malevolent.

I think she’s actually a psychopath.

It's horrifying that she's gotten away with this behaviour and damaged her children so very badly.

But I will add that my Mum absolutely lost the plot when Dad left her for another woman. It took her around 10 years to finally accept he wasn't coming back. Seeing her self destruct and leaving me aged 13 to parent my younger sister, I carry a LOT of resentment towards her. I feel desperately sorry for Alice's children - they've been poisoned by their mother with lie after lie about their father, and they've been exposed to her drinking/drug use. It's come out that the one isn't in school due to anxiety. I only hope that the Judge puts something in place to get those kids into therapy and long term at that.

It is all very disturbing and very damaging.

My mum’s obsession with my Dad supposedly having an affair was hugely ruinous to us as kids. She had no evidence but used to take us with her to spy on him outside his favourite haunts. 😢

Another time she packed his bags and left his porn magazines on the top. I was just entering my teens. There was also domestic violence, again witnessed by me and my siblings.

She had no insight into her behaviour, like Alice Evans. My dad had no insight either.

I was very messed up and knew there was something wrong with me but not why, my normal was all I knew. I’ve had therapy since.

I hope those girls have other support networks and access to therapy.

Sadly Alice doesn’t believe in therapy.

I don’t doubt that AE has mental health issues but that doesn’t excuse the abuse against IG and their children, because they are being abused too, by witnessing all that they have and the fucked up mind games and manipulation tactics from their mother. It’s disgusting that the media continues to be used a weapon against a domestic abuse victim. I don’t know what the guidelines are regarding that but it needs to be addressed at some point generally, to spare other people from going through this.
