In court this week, think this is the last part of their legal stuff? Anyway, what has really struck me with this is how the Daily Mail have been complicit in her narrative and the abuse he gets. It’s came out in the court she has made 30k from them, selling her stories. I’m aware it’s an absolute rag, but paying someone with an DVRO and running their stories, in an attempt to paint their victim in a negative light is surely low, even by their standards?

"Douche ex & Janina" - AE and her lawyer seem to have screwed up so badly that they may not be able to avoid sanctions for the pair of them at this point.

He's paying what $4000 a month for his kids? That's pretty pathetic for California and his career.

he hasn’t had the money from his career that people assume.

Alice should be very worried about the IRS and tax fraud charges if she's hidden her assets and income from the IRS.

I used to work in financial crime and while I can’t comment on specifics of the US system I think there’s a strong chance that she’s in very very big trouble here.

Does she have any family support? Like parents, siblings, cousins etc? Friends?

She’s estranged from most of both her and his families, for various reasons (and posted the circumstances to her socials over the years). She did have a brother who she was initially estranged from but got close to over the past few years, he died of an illness last year I think - he was part of the online harassment campaign against Ioan and Bianca, he’s been mentioned during this trial.

Oh goodness me ☹️.

So I’m assuming the children don’t really have anyone either. I think they had a long-standing nanny/housekeeper but I think she was let go as Alice couldn’t afford her. I did think she had maybe been an auntie type figure to the kids, but not now.

HashtagShitShop · 13/03/2026 06:56

She also stole money from Ioans account (over 100k) and diverted it to the nanny and involved her in everything.

The next part I can't be 100 percent sure on as there's no access to Glorias account and she wasn't called to testify but it appears she's done a runner from Alice too with the cash from how it was presented.

The best part of all of this, if there can be one, is that Alice brought this situation upon herself by forcing it to go to trial. Her hatred and abuse of both has finally meant that karma has gotten to her and it is out there in black and white. This is most importantly for the two girls as they age and become adults on their own right and hopefully in time realise more of the situation. I fear it's too late already however given the fear Alice has put then both through, particularly the oldest. It really has trauma bonded them and caused them to become involved in the abuse through the alienation.

Imagine hating your ex so much that you actively harm your own children to punish him and believe it's absolutely normal and fine.... You've got to be a special sort of person for that.

The sort that might be about to face real consequences for their actions, at least legally finances wise I hope.

Oh dear. It just gets murkier and murkier doesn’t it?

Lunde · 14/03/2026 00:16

It was also revealed that Alice had a secret UK account that she failed to declare at any stage (Alice's own forensic accountant accidently revealed its existence on the stand). IIRC it has £168,000 in it.

HashtagShitShop · 14/03/2026 01:13

But she is so short on cash she is thousands behind on electricity bills, started and received the profits from go fund meas because she was so "desperate". She also told the girls they were going to he homeless and posted how it was all his fault and that ioan paid nothing for his children.

Couldn't be futher from the truth he over paid by hundreds of thousands

So what was the result of the case?

I really tried with that journalist, but it was so painfully slow I gave up.

What does he have to pay her, and until when?

the case will continue at the beginning of April. They ran out of time to see/hear all evidence ioan had in the allotted space they had.

Ohhh okay, thanks! There was a complete silence in the Daily Mail quality media too, I had obviously read the wrong things.

I’ll try to pay more attention in April!

Woman scored, humiliated....She wants her revenge...wouldnt you?

No. Never. Absolutely not.

When I was 13 my Father had an affair and temporarily went to live with his girlfriend. My Mum went to pieces. Would come sobbing into my room in the middle of the night. She'd get me to lie to my Father about her whereabouts (pretend she was seeing other men). She would only talk about my Father and his girlfriend, nothing else existed.

She used me as an emotional crutch and leaned on me so heavily for support. I was constantly stressed, not sleeping and very anxious. And it went on and on for nearly a year.

At the time I just accepted it. But once I had my own children I couldn't believe how she could have put me through all that?

The Daily Mail have gone quiet because their biased Alice articles which they have paid her over 30k for are now being shown for what they are, absolutely one sided trash.

They’ll wait until the verdict is in and the case has come to a close before they decide if they want to switch sides and actually shine a light on her abuse or if by some miracle she gets off lightly they’ll continue to back her.

IsthataNo · 15/03/2026 20:38

@Arraminta I had similar but it went on for years and she became a problem drinker as well
Looking back I don't think she had any emotional intelligence and couldn't separate her feelings

I'm sorry to hear that your Mum put this on you for years. When you're just a young teenager it does long lasting damage.

My Mum became quite child like, almost a toddler. Throwing tantrums and not bothering to regulate her emotions. I had to parent her! And the irony is that she wasn't even in love with my Father and had treated him quite shabbily for years.
