In court this week, think this is the last part of their legal stuff? Anyway, what has really struck me with this is how the Daily Mail have been complicit in her narrative and the abuse he gets. It’s came out in the court she has made 30k from them, selling her stories. I’m aware it’s an absolute rag, but paying someone with an DVRO and running their stories, in an attempt to paint their victim in a negative light is surely low, even by their standards?

Also this court case is showing up all of Alice’s lies, which is a very good thing.

Would you say the same about a woman who was the victim of domestic abuse from her husband who then went on to have another baby 5 years later after doing everything she could to continue her relationship with her children?

He was in an abusive relationshio with Alice, his evidence to court, including text messages shows she was above before they split up. Alice then makes sure he can’t safely see his kids. Is he not allowed to start a new life? Would you be saying this about an abused woman?

I have only followed the tiniest bit, but she does not seem well hinged. The video of him talking about their proposal story was just horrible. She isn't the full shilling and the red flags were there.

Tbf, he would have been wise to hold off a bit longer on the new relationship, new baby etc maybe...or at least not to post on social media about his new love. That was not smart, but people rarely are with new loves!

Anyway, Alice is just coming across as very bitter and a bit mentally ill now. It's obviously the kids I feel most sorry for. I hope this is the end and we don't see anymore of her in the media.

He posted on social media about his new relationship because Alice found out about it, phoned him and whispered her name to him down the phone, threatening to ‘out’ it before he did.
I don’t think he handled everything brilliantly, but it’s hard to know what to do for the best when you’ve just come out of a long term abusive relationship.

I agree he isn't the villain of the piece. I did think "what are you doing?!" when I saw what he put in Instagram or whatever it was.

Also, him thinking their proposal story was a cute anecdote. Poor guy. I do think she was abusive and he maybe is just a little bit clueless. Abuse is clearly awful. Being clueless isn't

From what some pps are saying, its as if, cos he didn't see the oldest 2, it was ok for him to just decide to have a new baby as a replacement. But yes, typical shallow man!

No, they’re saying that he left an abusive marriage and tried to rebuild his life, including spending hundreds of thousands of pounds trying to get meaningful custody of his children/paying for therapy for them etc. You seem more bothered about him being ‘shallow’ than her being a proven domestic abuser. Why is that?

He left an abusive relationship, was harassed enough to get a restraining order against his abuser, but he’s the “shallow” for wanting to carry on having a life.

Also, let’s not forget that if the children had got their way, he wouldn’t even be allowed anywhere near them as they filed a fabricated retraining order attempt against him. Sadly they made it clear that they don’t want anything to do with him, and in the end he had to respect that as his attempts at contact were getting nowhere.

Do you genuinely think what those kids needed was to have a new half-sibling?

I also think Bianca comes across very smug, flaunting her sizeable baby bump at a court hearing in a tight dress and holding his hand.

It’s scary how some women will side with abusers despite a library of evidence to the contrary.

This is not a tale of man leaves woman for new model and starts new family.

This is a tale of man leaves his abuser, abuse continues anyway. Man meets someone else. Man tries his utmost to share custody of his daughters. Abuser prevents this. Man has a baby 5 years after escaping his abuser.

She was ordered to appear at court IIRC, she would have been held in contempt of court if she hadn’t appeared. It’s quite hard to hide an 8 month baby bump.

The Mail has literally no conscious and simply does not care how low it sinks. You shouldn't really be giving them the clicks.

You say you’re not siding with Alice, but are then pointing out all of the perceived faults with his behaviour, and none of the faults with hers. She abused him for years, and her subsequent behaviour is as a result of him daring to leave her. The ultimate narc injury.

And he left with only the clothes on his back because of the abuse.

Why on earth should their father not get on with his life? They've unfortunately been brainwashed into having nothing to do with him, but that is still a decision they have chosen to make. He doesn't have to live like a monk for the rest of his life.

I don't understand how Bianca was supposed to remain childless because she fell in love with a man with an abusive ex and two very damaged children. I just see a man who tried everything he could but the legal protection was always on Alice's side - and very wrongly so. Those children should have been removed from her long ago. I have no malice for him moving on and trying to live some semblance of a normal life away from the toxic swamp that Alice dragged him into.

It sounds very much like you are siding with an abuser. Appalling.

I genuinely think that what those children needed was to be removed from Alice’s care, but sadly they were failed by the courts.

The last thread about this had Alice herself show up and start posting, I wouldn’t be surprised if she appeared again (or has already). She is known to spend hours scanning social media for posts about this and commenting on them
